TelbapTry reducing your £/p . I trade for a living and have seen many wiped out through the years . As a rule of thumb try not to exceed 2/4% of your trading capital in one fully loaded position . Also be ruthless on your stops . Even if the trade eventually goes in the intended direction. I have learnt the hard way . Just my view . For FXPO if all goes as per text book the eventual target far exceeds 165-170 which is an intermediate target in my opinion . Time will tell. But momentum and trend are in our favour and that alone is a good reason statistically to stay long

I set a limit order in error yesterday instead of a stop loss at 130p and discovered it triggered, so reentered immediately at 135p.Bouncing was predictable, as long as support holds, not a long term trade for me though.

10% swings up and down are normal, The end of year approaches and ferrexpo is in great shape. Pity we will have to wait until March for the good news, but daily swings… no worries.

FXPO keeps marching on,as long as coking coal stays at their elevated price it will drag up the high purity iron ore producers.China carries on to import record qty of coking coal as they have shut many of their mines.on top of this North Korea is the biggest exporter of coal to china and new sanctions from the un on North Korean exports are being imposed glta onwards and upwards.china has agreed these sanctions which are 62% reduction in coal exported.no brainer in my opinion FXPO is just at the start of along run into the middle of next year glta

135 Im thinking. Reasoning is that is the pattern I am seeing on the charts. the friday / monday thing that we see quite a lot. I think money will shift to Oil stocks today. To be honest I expected a bigger dip straight away this morning. I suppose also because I have been here since the 80p range it just feels pricey right now. 150p / 160p seemed a long way off a couple of weeks ago but it just took no time at all to get there. I just felt like we were at the top of a mountain. Sorry this is all very unintelligent guesswork. Overall I believe we are on our way to 200p and beyond, no doubt.

Hi Giles,

Looks like you're right - dropped off as per previous pattern on a Friday. Glad to see its not so far got down as low as 141. If it does, I may have to buy some more.

Have a good weekend.

Bellbottom I hope you're right. It's not much fun ending the week on a dip. I am looking at other fridays for comparison - e.g. 25th November and 2nd Dec.
