21/4/2016 20:47 | Great volume today. Expect a test of 45p soon. Bigger things lay ahead though. This has come down a long way. | mreasygoing
21/4/2016 20:37 | Buy the dip coming? | mr.oz
21/4/2016 08:49 | Fxpo and Zioc both doing well today. | blueball
20/4/2016 18:09 | Strong close. 45p should get tested soon. | mreasygoing
18/4/2016 14:54 | Buy the dips | mreasygoing
18/4/2016 09:05 | Sorry but mining and oil ceo's do not know the direction of commodity prices any better than anyone else - if they did they would be able to protect their businesses better than they do through hedging. This is proved by the fact that so often when they do hedge they find themselves on the losing side of the trade and lose fortunes. Like interest rates commodity price predictions are impossible to call correctly all the time. All I know is as with oil there is a worldwide glut of iron ore. Enormous new resources have been developed and it is not as if you have to even dig it up - it is just lying there waiting for a bulldozer to scoop it up. | undervaluedassets
15/4/2016 16:33 | Approx 1/4 volume today compared to recent days rise, suggests that the majority are remaining investors with this stock imo | mr.oz
14/4/2016 23:12 | I like the idea of former National Grid finance Director Stephen Lucas being next chairman. Should be a good step forward. | mreasygoing
13/4/2016 10:36 | very strong today . surprising given weaker iron price today and brokers. Good luck all . . | undervaluedassets
11/4/2016 15:00 | Australia ups iron ore price forecast, sees low-cost miners expanding share | fangorn2
08/4/2016 17:01 | Chart curving up nicely. Good volume today. | mreasygoing
07/4/2016 07:07 | A cash sink hole appeared in this company's accounts at the last full year. Cash has gone from 626 million in 2014 to 35 million at year end 2015. If TIO declines much more survival will not be possible without the company coming back to the market cap in hand. I find the optimism on this board to be misplaced given FXPO's own poor outlook for Iron ore pricing and all the other known risks associated with this company. Any additional negative 'surprise' will surely hit here disproportionately. | undervaluedassets
06/4/2016 17:27 | Under 'outlook' in FXPO results "As a result of a forecast oversupply of iron ore fines in 2016, however, prices are expected to fall further in the present macroeconomic environment" Hard to be invested here when the company makes pronouncements like this as part of their full year result statement . | undervaluedassets
06/4/2016 15:18 | I find this stock a mystery. Where's the logic behind it's sharp occasional recoveries? | mr.oz
05/4/2016 17:10 | 46p should get broken on the next curve up. Keep an eye on volume over the next few weeks. | mreasygoing
05/4/2016 08:10 | Good buying opportunity here. Chart ready to curve up. Get ready for the next leg up. | mreasygoing
05/4/2016 08:04 | Hmmm which they will sell for much less money as the price of steel continues to crater. | weemonkey
04/4/2016 11:20 | a buy in the teens maybe . . and even then . . such negativity in the space and so much over-production of iron ore worldwide. . | undervaluedassets
02/4/2016 17:24 | @Undervalued, Yes you couldn't make it up - Chinese tariffs of 46%, EU can barely muster ones 33% of that and nowhere near US. | fangorn2
02/4/2016 10:02 | chinese tarifs now on european steel | undervaluedassets
01/4/2016 12:37 | European steel being kicked in the proverbials. | weemonkey
31/3/2016 14:27 | Cost of UK Steel circa $200 / tonne, Chinese churning it out at $10/tonne. Simply no way Western Europe can compete on any level. US implement Tariffs 266% odd. Is Steel strategic? If it is, punitary tariffs need to be imposed. If the answer is NO, then let it fail, buy cheap steel. | fangorn2 |
