20/11/2018 14:00 | Things are turning, almost full offer paid.. | siddle
20/11/2018 14:00 | I keep pondering over the mystery ii, Siddle. Why couldn't Riddell disclose the identity? Is it because they're just under the threshold? Anyhoots, as he said on proactive..they've dipped a toe in, so possibly more to come when the companies microcap status improves. | gymratt
20/11/2018 13:59 | Good strategy and I expect FDBK to rise in any wider bear market particularly as it never benefited in the many years long bull market.. | siddle
20/11/2018 13:56 | Only own 3 shares now ; FDBK(by far the biggest), AAZ and BT.a. Sold the other eight stocks I owned and will stay in best part cash until this shoite market steadies out. | gymratt
20/11/2018 13:55 | Thanks guys. I see all the classic early signs of the cheap placing shares coming to an end now. Mysterious ii still to report if they took over 3%.. | siddle
20/11/2018 13:52 | That would be nice to have his fire power. Up to 2.1m in my ISA and 1m in my ordinary account. | gymratt
20/11/2018 13:51 | Bid for nms is now 1.61p, | ducatiman
20/11/2018 13:47 | Are you trying to catch up with Charlton? | siddle
20/11/2018 13:45 | Just tested them.. got a 100k @ just under 1.6p | gymratt
20/11/2018 13:44 | How about now? | siddle
20/11/2018 13:43 | 350k @ 1.5985p. | lr2
20/11/2018 13:36 | They've cut the offer back to 1.60p but I wonder how many are available at this price? In any case, I do think the overhang is fast disappearing.. | siddle
20/11/2018 13:32 | Overhang gone then(?). | gymratt
20/11/2018 13:10 | Siddle, someone else with the fiscal acumen who appreciates a good insurance policy! ;0) | gymratt
20/11/2018 12:27 | 500k @ 1.80p. Quite a premium buy.. | siddle
20/11/2018 11:07 | Part of the recent raise will be used to increase the sales team so I'd expect that to equate to more sales!! :0) | gymratt
20/11/2018 10:58 | Tim, yes the Cadran they installed at Papworth hospital was for 150k and then there's the maintenance charge on top, which if it's the same as TexRad (@20%)then that's the same recurring fee as the installation of TexRad(At the higher end of the installation fee)! | gymratt
20/11/2018 10:55 | That's a figure I pulled out of the air , Duc.. and not one I'd be overly happy with as I expect a great deal more! | gymratt
20/11/2018 10:54 | Gym, who mentioned 10p? | ducatiman
20/11/2018 10:41 | And still very much under the radar. Mms may use the results to mug a few holders as the figures won't be impressive but the outlook statement will be interesting. | ducatiman
20/11/2018 10:32 | I assume the annual results will be released by a week Friday. Hopefully there will be a trading update for the second quarter of the current FY. But the real news I think will be during the next six months when the company is expecting to ramp up sales of CADRAN (announced as $100-150k per sale if I remember correctly). | tim000
20/11/2018 10:10 | Duc, the chart could go from "horrible" to extremely good if it starts bowling up from here. The bottom is in IMMHO. | gymratt
20/11/2018 10:07 | Too early a sale at say 10p would be like killing the golden goose after it's only laid one egg!! As Tim says, I'm hoping they ramp up sales and get the share price to a reasonable level before there's any talk of a sale. | gymratt
20/11/2018 07:03 | Tim, good post. Would GE have competition!!? | ducatiman
20/11/2018 06:53 | Alastair Riddell said in a ProactiveInvestors interview that a corporate action (ie sale) was at least 2-3 years away. I think it inevitable that the company will be sold, it's not efficient to have the required overheads of a listed company when its size is so small: an acquirer will be able to strip out nearly all of FDBK's running costs. So the question is, how valuable is the IP? Clearly, the company is trying to maximise sales over the next 2-3 years to demonstrate its value. That process entails FDA approval for the vast US market. But I guess the IP will be much more scalable in the hands of say GE Healthcare than FDBK, as GE will obviously have a much larger global market penetration. As the exit price will be a multiple of sales, we need to drive sales up as fast as possible. The question is, will distributors like GE Healthcare be assisting in that ramp up, given that they might want to acquire the company down the road? | tim000 |
