Nice to hear that a "large institution has dipped it's toes and invested in Feedback" during the placing. Chairman states that institutions are normally prohibited to invest due to their small market capitalisation but this one has taken the plunge. Very interesting indeed. And also that the raise was heavily oversubscribed. 1.5p will look a bargain in time.

Quite simple really guys.Circa 90 million issued at 1.5p.Around 20 million have gone to management and the ex director.I reckon about 40-50 million have probably gone into long term hands e.g. an ii or two and others. (May see a TR1 once they have all been admitted onto AIM).That leaves around 20-30 million sloshing around which MMS will be looking to get sold at a small profit and which they have been at prices between 1.53p - 1.60p.There were around 7 million net buys on Thursday and 1.5 million yesterday. Then after close we saw two delayed buys totalling 14.5 million.On the basis of the above, I reckon the cheap shares are all but gone.The big trades will again be settled once shares have been approved issued.Good luck and all in my humble opinion...

I'd say you was right there , Duc. I bought several clips; some @ 1.539p and another 500k @ 1.58p.
Strangely enough the big after close trades all show a time of 17:15 on my screen.
Siddle, are you seeing the 08:15 time stamp on level 2?
Anyhoots, in my opinion it's someone with deep pockets taking a big chunk whilst the MMs are feeling generous!! But it would be nice to know who is feeling so confident!

They are buys LR2. Could be a number of reasons why there were 2 offer prices going through. Most likely a premium asked for long settlement, t20. Or a particular mm not available with certain brokers. I don't have L2 so no idea how many mms deal in this stock. I will check Monday at open but have a feeling that the 1.54 stock has gone. Look forward to your synopsis LR2.

Late reply from me as I've been out watching QPR beat Aston Villa 1-0. Agree with Siddle that those trades were dated the 15th. I have concerns about all these 1.59p trades we're seeing as that price is higher than the MM's have been quoting. No idea what those trades really are but they don't look normal to me. Will research over the weekend if time permits.

1 x 1.5m1 x 13mBoth from yesterday morning.Ignore the duplicate print. First time is the actual time of trade and the other (17:15) is the time they were disclosed to the market today.Won't be long before the small overhang from the placing shares find a good home...

Well loaded here too. I didn't have time to check towards close but I have a feeling the 1.54 stock has gone. Those trades weren't rollovers by any chance? I can only find a 13m and a 1.5m. If buys I can only assume that placing stock will supply at some stage. Smoke and mirrors as ever on AIM.

Time 08:03 and 08:05. LR2 will be able to find out what day. Certainly very interesting Gym and I have no idea what is going on behind the scenes but I have a feeling it is positive!
