13/12/2018 12:48 | As a thinly traded stock, I am guessing he is not yet cleared out. It's an educated guess. | tim000
13/12/2018 12:46 | I have to agree with you on that Pete! | ducatiman
13/12/2018 12:44 | Thank you Tim. So you think TB is still selling? I was hoping he may have been cleared after he went below 3% back in May. | petekand
13/12/2018 12:35 | Clues may be in the holding RNS but I cannot see them. Tim, can you kindly elaborate? Thank you in advance. | petekand
13/12/2018 11:13 | Morning Tim & Ged, It puzzles me as to how IQAI will get FDA approval for StoneChecker when the primary software component for it is TexRAD and we know from Alastair Riddell's latest video chat that TexRAD FDA approval won't arrive for another 6-18 months. Some months ago people on IQAI's previous board (FBDU) were saying that FDA approval is a simple self-certification process and TexRAD not being certified by the FDA would have no bearing. I struggled with that concept (and still do). Just how sensible is it to assume StoneChecker can get FDA approval if TexRAD doesn't? Time will tell I guess. | lr2
13/12/2018 10:45 | Thanks Tim, I had missed that RNS. Gives some insight into the FDA approval process. I've been following IQAI since mid November but that double top on the chart put me off. I see LR2 has given some comment over there which I found useful. | ged5
13/12/2018 10:10 | I think I know why the share price is weak! Reading the Holdings RNSs is a clue. I hold OPG. Look what happened there. The company suddenly had a good set of interims and the share price has gone up about 70%. It will probably continue to rise. I hope for a similar story here. But share price appreciation may only begin upon newsflow. And then I expect the appreciation to be sustained. I know seeing your shares go down is frustrating, but this really is a share where we have to be patient. Incidentally, the IQAI RNS today was interesting. Hopefully FDBK will learn lessons from their experience in getting FDA approval. IQAI are hoping for FDA approval within a year. If FDBK can achieve that, it will be a good result. | tim000
12/12/2018 23:20 | You think it doesn't matter! Perhaps you've not noticed the lack of interest and the poor share price recently. | ged5
12/12/2018 15:25 | Ged, no I didn't ask about the website. Haven't they refreshed it recently? Personally I don't think their website is a big issue. It's the quality of their products obviously that matters, and they won't be sold by radiologists visiting the website. | tim000
11/12/2018 14:06 | Not much buying interest though Ged. More pain before gain looks likely. | ducatiman
11/12/2018 09:17 | Interesting that the most recent interview has had 130 more views than the previous one. Perhaps the story is beginning to spread. Listening again we can expect some significant newsflow in the new year. Also picked up on the addition of new staff. It seems they have been appointed and are just waiting for their notice period. Tim, did you ask about revamping the website? Just 11 trading days (including today) and 2 half days until the next quarter. | ged5
10/12/2018 21:29 | Thanks for pointing out the incorrect shareholder information Pete. I've emailed the company and asked them to correct the details. It's only right they do so. I've given TB hell in the past for doing similar elsewhere. | lr2
10/12/2018 21:06 | Yes must admit to being a tad disappointed to see this company go nowhere but down despite all the potential in their products. I see they have updated the shareholders information on the still broken website (for me anyway) on 29 Nov. However, I find it shambolic that they have done only half a job by failing to update the total number of shares figure and failing to update the holdings for directors at the same time. I know most investors will always look out for director positions when carrying out due diligence. When one cannot do such a simple 30 second task in a competent manner then heaven help us when it comes to filling in the FDA forms to satisfy regulatory duties. edit: Many thanks for sharing your thoughts Tim following your meeting with the top man. | petekand
10/12/2018 17:57 | Hopefully if there is a seller in the market, their holding might soon be eliminated. Until then, cheap stock might remain available. | tim000
10/12/2018 17:45 | 300k buys 365k sells down 6.5%. | ducatiman
10/12/2018 14:24 | Thanks ducatiman! Useful to know that. | ged5
10/12/2018 14:15 | Ged, give them a phone call. I did, call and question promptly answered. | ducatiman
10/12/2018 14:15 | Thanks Ged. My commentary is deliberately vague. That's not to say the whole conversation was equally anodyne! The upbeat nature of my comments reflects the prospects. But as I say, nothing is certain... | tim000
10/12/2018 14:11 | Thanks Tim. At least Siemens appear to be "not at the moment" rather than "No". | lr2
10/12/2018 14:10 | Thanks Tim. A lot of vague comments which is much to be expected. The salient points for me were the lack of existing competitors and the time frame to reach its goals. I accept the point about public relations but it would be appreciated if there was at least an acknowledgement of an email. It could be its treated as spam or is it being treated with contempt? I've made contact with several small companies over the years and most reply. Some actually value small shareholders. As it happens AR seems to give frequent interviews which are very informative. Thanks again for informing the forum of your meeting. Although some of my comments may not sound like it, your efforts are greatly appreciated. | ged5
10/12/2018 14:06 | Cheers tim | ducatiman
10/12/2018 14:03 | I did, he said that if that arose, it would have to be announced to the market. So not at the moment. He said that he doesn't monitor websites such as this one. Maybe it's one of his colleagues, who would have no reason to tell Alastair if he did, but it's clearly Alastair who runs the company and he's working hard on operations. | tim000
10/12/2018 13:56 | Cheers Tim. A reassuring post. Did you ask him about the Siemens bundling? | ducatiman
10/12/2018 13:27 | Thank you for your efforts, Timmy. The above bullet points reinforces the strategy of a long term hold for me until the company has grown to its full potential. As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy with the decent position I've built up over the last few months and now it's a matter of patience whilst the story unfolds. Hopefully FDBK will gain FDA approval within the next year and crack the US market to add to Europe and Asia sales. Back to lurking... GLA | gymratt |
