01/11/2018 14:47 | No Ged. I sold out as I thought it was getting a bit ahead of itself. I was looking at it this morning funnily enough and might get back in whilst it's still around the 6p level. | gymratt
01/11/2018 14:42 | Thanks Gymratt are you still in SAV? | ged5
01/11/2018 14:40 | Thumbs up from me too. This company has no thread at all and hence one of the reasons it is so under the radar! In fact, this current thread is about a completely different nonexistent company. Fdbk remains a sleeping giant. | petekand
01/11/2018 14:36 | Go for it, Ged. It's a thumbs up from me! | gymratt
01/11/2018 14:24 | I took a small position in these today. I've checked the website and the recent interviews and like what I've seen. This looks like a good investment over the next few years, even over the next year. I may add once the subscription is complete and again on the appointment of a CEO. I've also read most of this thread and it seems a different company to the one just a few years ago. This thread is out of date. There's no mention of TexRAD or the higher priced Cadran and the link to the website doesn't work. Nor would you realise it's a medical imaging technology company. Is one of the regulars about to set up a new thread or would anyone object to me starting one? | ged5
01/11/2018 13:36 | All buys today. How long can they keep the offer below the mid price. Well spotted Siddle, it does look like our largest shareholder added just shy of 2 million shares. | petekand
01/11/2018 13:07 | Ash Hi Good Afternoon , May I enquire as to how you got on with the personal issue ,Did you manage to contact BG or anyone related to your quire ? | botak54
01/11/2018 12:38 | just added 100,000 | ashtree2
31/10/2018 21:47 | I've not forgotten mate. Lol.. | siddle
31/10/2018 21:36 | 4p and Siddle creates a new thread! | ducatiman
31/10/2018 21:34 | Holding tight LR2 and adding as and when funds allow. GL all, duc. | ducatiman
31/10/2018 21:26 | Uber confident indeed. We should all remember that if we start to waver. | lr2
31/10/2018 21:21 | Thanks for the clarification. All I can say is that the guy is uber confident... | siddle
31/10/2018 21:04 | I'm guessing here but the following 4 trades add up to 1.95 million so he could have just bought these. 25-Oct-18 08:05:10 1.59p 1,500,000 26-Oct-18 16:00:58 1.578p 280,000 26-Oct-18 16:16:40 1.597p 120,000 29-Oct-18 08:46:18 1.597p 50,000 There are probably other combinations that work too but if those belong to Tom Charlton then we only have to figure out who picked up that 13 million trade. | lr2
31/10/2018 20:47 | Well, if you look on the FDBK website there appears to be a difference of 1.95 million shares from his holding compared with today's RNS.https://fbkmed.c | siddle
31/10/2018 20:24 | No change in number of shares in Tom's holding yet. He's just reporting the lower percentage he holds now there are 337 million shares. He's after 14 million in the subscription phase if voted is passed on 15th November. Edit: Apologies Siddle he did have 67.85 million at end August so it looks like he's picked up almost 2 million more recently. | lr2
31/10/2018 19:52 | Or the rest of his placing shares may be allotted to him after the GM? | siddle
31/10/2018 19:49 | 69.800,000 shares owned by TC according to today's RNS.67,850,000 shares previous to this announcement. But he took 14 million shares in the placement? | siddle
31/10/2018 19:25 | Looks like Siemens are concentrating on breast cancer at RSNA18... ...and I see Balaji Ganeshan is participating in an all day discussion on the 'Impact of Inflammatory Breast Cancer Heterogeneity for Predicting Survival: Low-Dose Breast CT Texture Analysis' at RNSA18 as well. (Type 'Balaji Ganeshan' into the Search field to see details for him.) I wonder if they will have time to chat to one another. | lr2
31/10/2018 16:26 | Tom Charlton holdings RNS just out. | lr2
31/10/2018 16:01 | Yep, they lost me at 'aetiologies'. Hypertrophy is the enlargement of an organ or tissue from the increase in size of its cells and that ties in with cancers so not surprised that TexRAD was being used. | lr2
31/10/2018 15:54 | I will take your word for that LR2! Seems no end to the potential applications. What the hell are we doing at 1.55p? | ducatiman
31/10/2018 13:49 | Texture analysis of cardiovascular magnetic resonance cine images differentiates aetiologies of left ventricular hypertrophy | lr2
31/10/2018 12:59 | 1.501p - 1.545p Nobody can sell the placing shares at a profit right now. | lr2
31/10/2018 11:47 | Would have thought not many going to go for a paltry 6%to 7% - dealing fee,s | botak54 |
