02/11/2018 17:31 | Quantitative Imaging Market to Exceed $500M in 2021 The market is being driven by the evolution of radiology from a largely descriptive field to a more quantitative discipline. Quantitative imaging, also called radiomics, is the use of algorithmic tools to provide objective and repeatable measurements of imaging biomarkers, such as size, texture, calcification, location in the organ and rate of growth. These biomarkers are indications of disease characteristics and may be useful for predicting prognosis and therapeutic response. Quantitative imaging decreases the subjectivity associated with radiologist interpretation of medical images, leading to increased diagnostic and prognostic accuracy. Even with a tenth of this specialised market FDBK would be a 10 bagger. | ged5

02/11/2018 09:36 | My pleasure! I just can't believe FDBK will be overlooked for too much longer. Saleable products at chunky prices which have been well received worldide. A new management team with great credentials and some lofty connections. Association with world famous companies. A good order book and now funded. For balance:- The subscription needs completing, CEO needs appointing and a very slight concern that the chairman is with so many compaanies. | ged5

01/11/2018 14:56 | Botak...thanks for your concern....no luck contacting BG but to be honest that was a big ask.I have had my prostate scanned and biopsied while asleep by a fusion MRI scanner in Llanelli NHS this week and await results which should be about 2 weeks.Consider myself lucky to have been looked at so quickly. It was worth chatting to the consultant about medical imaging as this may have helped in getting the fusion scan which is much more accurate than the normal biopsy process. My PSA reading is too high but that does not mean cancer necessarily. What I would say GUYS is get yourself checked.thanks again. | ashtree2
01/11/2018 14:47 | No Ged. I sold out as I thought it was getting a bit ahead of itself. I was looking at it this morning funnily enough and might get back in whilst it's still around the 6p level. | gymratt |
