Perhaps they know dilution coming up with issue of new shares. The rampers may scoff but past history suggests the new issue won't be open to all - they've used up their warchest so its likely to occur sooner rather than later.

Well with the S/P well below NAV, why else is there a constant stream day after day selling into any rise around 8p ?
Who ever it is, they are not in a mad rush to sell, this could go on for a month or two yet.
, or untill Leap news .
Many things I’d legalise given the chance !

Amazing how backward the UK is at times.

They should legalize it and make a fortune from it and put the money to good use.

I can understand the ethical stance. Who in their right mind wants to invest in a product that helps poorly people, that would be wrong.

The seller has been at it for months, small 50k 100k trades into every rise Imo it’s an ethical issue as FFWD transformer into a cannabis play from tech !

FFWD is like a woman you never know what mood it will be in from day to day

One day buyers all over it then the next it's totally friendless and sellers at desperate prices

Just think of how much money the market makers have made from this stock alone this week and it's not even traded that much

The recent Eurox cannabis investment-3m euros. Seems a decent investment. That’s all the cash pretty much spoken for now, as long as they don’t go do a crazy fund raise. Let’s hope they cash in on Leap rather than a raise. A raise at anything less than 11.5p a share would lower the NAV. Let’s be honest who would pay above 11.5p a share right now. I’m hoping they cash in on Leap.

Looks as if we are in for a good fortnight. Break and close above 9.14 and we are cooking.

Started to move at 1pm Up 2.4% on volume of 600000.
We have the EGM on Friday which will approve the name change to SEED so presumably the 3 deals so far this week will feature in a major presentation to launch the rebranded company as the UK Cannabis focused Fund. One would expect interviews and press coverage.

More good news this morning assisting SWB through to its imminent IPO maintaining our percentage and getting discount shares and warrants at IPO.
Volume has reach 148000 in the first hour with all trades showing as buys or at the mid price. Hoping to see 3 days of investments continue to move the share price up as the day progresses.

I revisited my calculations for NAV based on current known's and with today they should still have £2+ million in cash and 10 investments which gave me a conservative NAV of 11p per share with no uplift for expected IPO's etc.

Downside risks:
A failed investment.
Cash burn

Upside Potential
listed investment share price appreciation
IPO's for a number of Investments
Sale of investments

My own very personal view is that the downside risk puts a floor in at 7p whereas upside potential is currently about 20p. So 150% upside versus 15% downside.

I like the risk reward and the current increased newsflow so for me is a solid accumulate up to 11p.

All only my opinion.

Twice this week the seller has sold into a rise.
Leap could be the catalyst depending on the take over/ float price, it’s been a long time coming though

There is certainly something odd going on because we saw in February how on expected good news this share went from this level to 15p in a matter of days with some volume. Company is in a much better place now so we could get lift off at anytime if we can catch the markets attention.

Don’t quite see how it can go significantly cheaper. For months now 8p is the sweet spot for buyers whilst trading grossly under NAV. Every man and dog waiting for Leap

It may be that with low volumes any buyers are being cuter and not chasing the price up. Very easy to add £2k a day very quietly

I’ve been watching this share, there is a very big seller matching every buy, I’d not personally buy till it’s much cheaper, yes it’s cheapish now but with the seller it’ll get cheaper !
