I never said its a keep the lights on raise. I know its to make acquisitions its in the RNS.The exchange is as bad as the CSE. Not so sure about it blowing the doors off. More like wadnob blowing doggo off

Stop it Mellon. Huge difference between a keep the lights on raise and a $10 million raise and putting in $14.5 million of their own cash to acquire 3 companies. You aren’t the cleverest biscuit in the barrel but even you know acquisition raises are going to blow the doors off when it lists.

Ed’s position in Leap knowing its value is why you should believe him when he says FFWD will have a market cap of at least £50 million by the end of this year. That’s a 3 bagger from the current share price Also new investments very soon plus IPO’s.

Ed McDermott has confirmed that he's unable to buy shares, otherwise he definitely would -Since I've been CEO of FFWD I haven't had a single opportunity to buy shares. I couldn't even take part in recent placings due to being inside. There will be a window and I will use it when it comes. If I didn't believe in it I wouldn't be in the business.AndI'd love to!! V v much at these crazy low prices. Just one example - I'm a director of Leap, due to IPO which I'm helping to lead. I'm privy to price sensitive information therefore Its not legal or appropriate for me to deal in FFWD stock. Can't keep doing the math for you guys.

Following the Emmac return/ profits, I think our NAV went up to about 11.5p approx, but happy to be corrected on that. At 8p the share price is way undervalued, especially with Leap liquidity event e.g. IPO on the horizon. Reported to be in Q3.

It is recovering from its early fall. A 130000 Buy at 8.09 has nearly taken it back to its opening price. All buys since 10.33am.

Buys slightly exceeding sells but down 4% on volume of 400000. This is incredibly cheap as its a massive discount to NAV. But it seems FFWD needs news flow and we haven’t had any RNS news of an investment since 1st April. Ed has told us news is coming and painted a very promising picture in his last interview but frustratingly FFWD only responds to hard news.
