13/11/2015 14:15 | Thanks efagie...i couldn't make a lot of sense of some of that. As if it had been badly translate. Maybe I'm just sleepy. :) | agnabeya
13/11/2015 13:36 | misread agna, imo. thats in relation to the Shetlands | efagie
13/11/2015 13:18 | hxxp://financialspot This link is actually saying the oil is expected to come online 2017 at Sealion. Is that right? Or am I misreading it? | agnabeya
13/11/2015 12:50 | Rob , if you're still in yne market to buy in single figures, you might get the chance this afternoon. T's looking weaker now. If there's rig movenews on Monday, it might raise sentiment. All IMHO and no advice given. | agnabeya
13/11/2015 12:20 | As for any extra rig costs at Humpback; my understanding is that FOGL is not liable for any of the extra time now being taken . | cyan
13/11/2015 06:09 | Nope even worse - Robin Pagnamenta the Energy editor who really should know better - like the fact that capex for Sea Lion only starts properly in 2017 if it goes ahead. The FTSE 250 oil producer, which operates in the North Sea, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Falkland Islands, said it was delaying a string of exploration projects It just doesn't say that anywhere in the RNS,. | ohisay
13/11/2015 05:51 | Oilretire/ohisay.... Agreed. I did some searching of similar recent headlines and couldn't find anything about drilling being put on hold. F course I couldn't verify that without reading the actual article, but you would have thought someone else would have mentioned it. Seems the Times is mis-stating the case again. I wonder if Danny boy wrote it? | agnabeya
13/11/2015 04:05 | I have no subscription either but followed a loop from your link & got part of it. Looks like a misguided headline & more about the delay in Sea Lion project sanction rather than a 'hold' on drilling - certainly not this drilling campaign anyway...... Premier is delaying the development of its promising Sea Lion field, 220km north of the Falkland Islands where it holds a 60 per cent stake. Premier Oil has pledged to cut spending by $100 million this year as it battles to cope with a halving of oil prices. The FTSE 250 oil producer, which operates in the North Sea, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Falkland Islands, said it was delaying a string of exploration projects and expected to spend about $1.05 billion this year, or 10 per cent less than previously planned. “Looking ahead, we see reduced capital expenditure and significant cost reductions for both our current and future projects.......... | oilretire
13/11/2015 03:09 | Premier puts Falklands oil drilling plan on hold hxxp://www.thetimes. I don't have a subscription...but if anyone has....can they give us the gist of this article? | agnabeya
12/11/2015 16:41 | Still at 10 Rob...and I doubt anyone managed to buy on that fast little dip below 10. Now's your chance to top up....or maybe sometime tomorrow if we don't get any news of the rig move. | agnabeya
12/11/2015 14:45 | hmm so single digits have arrived :-/ | robpuguk
12/11/2015 12:29 | They must be having problems P&A. How are FOGL going to pay for the length of time it's taking. Are they liable for the costs of P&A? Might sit there for another two weeks for all we know. | whoppy
12/11/2015 12:25 | Thats because it's suffered a blow out and sank, haven't you read the news? Seriously its still over Humpback | ngms27
12/11/2015 11:32 | ER seems to have disappeared from the Marine Traffic site today. On it's way north? | walter ego
11/11/2015 21:26 | Christy, I don't believe anything has leaked during this whole campaign. It seems tightly controlled this time. | agnabeya
11/11/2015 12:10 | If there is a leek about a desire type reversal it will quickly show up in trades and the share price | christy27
09/11/2015 20:45 | I am just sharing what I know. Put me to ignore if you think I am telling lies. | chrisc168
09/11/2015 17:58 | Oh, so they forgot the first time :-) Reliable is beginning to be one of those words that people use when they mean the opposite! | greyingsurfer
09/11/2015 16:05 | Christy - I know - but I can't help beginning to hope there's more to it. :~) (and thanks for the kind words.... :) | agnabeya
09/11/2015 15:40 | chrisc168: Agna always talks well balanced sense, and replies intelligently to intelligent comments.......mmmmm Agna: You are right this is an unusually long P&A......probabl | christy27
09/11/2015 13:53 | ER still as it was over Humpback. Surely ee should have had news or at least RKH should be issuing sharehoders with a reason for the delay in spudding Isobel? | agnabeya |
