14/1/2015 16:39 | ER is anchored off Abidjan Sierra Leone having new BOP fitted should depart for FI end of month. | pistonbroke1
14/1/2015 16:27 | mariopeter, Ivory Coast - Abidjan I believe. PMO re-iterating today the upcoming campaign beginning in March. | thorpematt
14/1/2015 13:22 | EIRIK RAUDE Is the rig in the Guinea Gulf? | mariopeter
13/1/2015 20:58 | What's new - oil wants to make the 2015 low now rather than in Q3. Going for 3yr call options around $40, might add more if we see $30.Still holding some fogl - was going add but I like the look of options - a much quicker way to lose your cash. | younasm
13/1/2015 16:11 | Fraser you have just neatly sumarised why your posts are a waste of space. If the company is rubbish, is going to need cash and you are not in until oil hits 36 why are you on this board? | shakudomaster
13/1/2015 16:11 | Nice to see some blue. pigeon1, it's not always so unfriendly here but at the moment some people are not having a pleasant time. No doubt there will be a change of mood once we get some news and that is a problem with this company, they do not appear to care about keeping shareholders informed. | trulyscrumptious
13/1/2015 14:16 | the answer is $36 Cyan. Rob, you are right they will need more cash if they find something big, infact they will need more money if they find anything worth producing, and they will also need more cash if they dont find anything at all.... Best case is they find something big and they get bought out by Noble at a bargain price given the low price of oil.... All my opinion, but I aint buying until oil is at $36 or the rig is actually announced to be on the way (3-10 days after announcement I will invest on the retrace from bounce) Again my problem with this company is the management. They are absolutely useless at providing shareholders value and keeping us up to date. And when I did hold shares in FOGL I was always a little worried at the amount of shares I held compared with the directors. | fraser038
13/1/2015 13:07 | Goodness! $45.76. When will this stop. Looks like the Saudis are going all out to break someone; is it US shale or Russia? | cyan
13/1/2015 12:37 | ~Sorry they also currently have about $109 million in the bank | robpuguk
13/1/2015 12:35 | pigeon1, here you go - latest FOGL presentation. www.fogl.com/fogl/up They are in involved in 5 of the 6 drills in the upcoming campaign (rig should be heading down there the next month i reckon). They are fully funded, and estimate they will have an expected cash position after the campaign of c.$20~$30 million. Of course if they find something big, they will need more cash - they preapproved the issue of 170 million shares if required, so be wary of the likely dilution but hopefully the share price will improve.. | robpuguk
13/1/2015 12:19 | Pigeon, it's not really the job of a BB to get people to invest. The company does that. Read their website and reports and make your decision. NEVER look for investing advice or tips from a BB. I hold a lot of these and expect to profit from that holding - but that doesn't mean I'm right. I only take responsibility for my own investment and no-one else's. Good luck with yours, but always do your own research first would be my advice. | agnabeya
13/1/2015 12:13 | You pays yourmoney, you take your choice of oil expert. | agnabeya
13/1/2015 12:07 | Sorry for asking... If you're holders surely you want to exchange info in the hope that it encourages people to buy - otherwise what are you doing here? Do you not want people to buy the shares? | pigeon1

13/1/2015 08:53 | Hi guys can someone summarise the cash position here and value of carries in upcoming campaign and the expected cash after the two firm wells? Thanks | pigeon1
13/1/2015 08:38 | oil continues to make new lows. $44.65 just now. Moved my stop to b/e. | fraser038
12/1/2015 15:57 | 2unlucky, I agree to a certain degree that this should help with reduce the drilling bill but low oil price is bad for a oil exploration company. fact. The thing that really gets me fizzing is the total and utter lack of communication from Fogl. Does anyone really know when the 3D is coming...? Parts of it were due Last February.... but still nothing. No new director buys at this new lower level. It annoys me because everyone knows the potential this has but the management dont appear to care about the shareholders and still continue to pay them self excessive salaries. | fraser038
12/1/2015 15:56 | Very true 2unlucky. Rig rates are %40 down. I have been expecting to see $40 per barrel by spring. looks like we will hit it sooner rather than later. | cyan
12/1/2015 15:43 | With regard to the low oil price That means that our option to drill 8 further Wells could be negotiated at a cheaper day rate | 2unlucky |
