Mr Grey at the end of the day, the BOD need quite a bit of oil to exercise their options at a decent profit, and that's good for us shareholders, but I'm afraid corporate greed is all over the place, including the AIM market

Congratulations, imperial on being the first person for days to say anything of substance relating this board! Everyone else seems only either to be interested in promoting their questionable share selection skills or slagging each other off.

Back to the reason we are supposed to be here: I found it interesting that shareholders do not get to be told what the growth conditions are that must be met for the options to vest - given that I think we should probably assume that the hurdle to jump is not going to be too demanding!

Considering today's RNS,I see that the BOD have been focussing their minds on how to further reimburse themselves, by the issue of share options.Would it not be more appropriate, to divert their energies, in ensuring the success of the upcoming drilling programme,so as at least the ordinary private shareholder,can be rewarded?

As you will be aware I have been bearish about Rockhopper Exploration (LSE:RKH) for fundamental reasons, notably its merger with Mediterranean Oil & Gas. But with the shares at a new low of 87p it is time for a volte face. I have been right to be bearish so far. I am now turning bull and call the shares as a buy with a 220p target and here is why.

Stockopedia and the rest are judged year to year on articles. Most do not hold for that long hence percentages are not valid. Also note 60% fall in oil prices might have an influence on oil stocks.

But with ex Desire Petroleum holders excellent comments £1.70 to 18p need i add anymore.

I see the 'nifty fifty' has 37 hits and 50 misses while 'hot stock rockets' have 19 hits and 50 misses! Shareprophets are down 32%! They should be renamed 'Sharelosses'. OneFreeShareTip.com are down 58%. No wonder it's free, surely no one can be asked to pay to lose money!

At least FOGL should be drilling this time next month and only the drill can tell us the outcome.
