So heres the real news. As of september 2019 Falanx had £.7 million cash. In September 2020 they raised £1.25 million. They announced in the interim results that as a result of the initial funds from the raising there was £1.3 million in cash. For Initial read vast majority as the raise would need to be settled within a pre agreed timetable that timetable coincided with the late September RNS. In fact the reason they are able to say initial tranche is because management were precluded from partaking at that time. Their contribution could only come after the exit of a closed period. This tranche would be £75k. So on that basis they burnt £750k in the year to October 30th 2020. They then raised £1.25 million to accelerate expenditure on Triarii. They will be eating away at that cash very quickly.
There is a cash call coming. Or....a take out which won't be pretty.

I was in this from 3p via Guinness AIM EIS (which overall has doubled in value so can't complain)

Been watching this for ages but seems a disaster.

Its not material to the company, its just a product enhancement. Its only price-sensitive because some folk buy based on a vague hope.

Price sensitive would be a contract for £1mln recurring annually. Like that's going to happen.

Curious that this was issued as a non-regulatory Reach RNS which is supposed to be for non-price sensitive news and price goes up c25%. Not hreat advice from the Nomad?
