30/4/2020 17:56 | This is just another humdrum security business. Several attempts at being 'special', none of which have borne fruit, despite being bigged up. 13% rise in revenue is nowt, considering they have acquired revenue by buying other businesses. Always the way. If you're not capable of doing anything special and you're not even capable of generating much organic growth, buy another company and then big up your revenue growth. It may be a trading buy, but its a pile of... I bet SolarWinds will deliver just that. | yump

06/4/2020 09:13 | It may well have risen 40 odd percent but most of us or should I say lots of us are 70 or 80% down so that really needs to put it in perspective | christopher logsdon
01/4/2020 05:56 | Very upbeat coverage in Daily Mail : Stock Watch - Falanx Group Cyber security minnow Falanx Group expects customers will spend more on its services once they have finished 'immediate crisis planning'. Firms need to protect themselves as the widespread move to home working has raised the risk of companies experiencing cyber attacks. It is cutting costs even though it can carry on business as usual. Falanx was one of the top AIM risers – with shares up 43.5 per cent, or 0.25p, to 0.82p – as it said revenues rose 13 per cent to £5.9million last year. | zico01

31/3/2020 09:24 | close to break even? the clue is in the measures they are taking to conserve cash. Its directors and senior management who ar taking the pay cut. Be sure the managers are being told its either that or the door. As for the strike price of the shares, its a recycling of existing share options at considerably lower strike prices than before. and....13% growth in the year? organic, inorganic? for a business of this size and supposed greatness in its niche that is appalling. One to avoid. As ever the key is what they didn't say. | paddyfool
