With 90% of the intelligence business being recurrent and now the Cyber security business with MSP ( soon to be spun off from Safewinds ), you are looking at a company which easily could be broken up and a SPAC or MSP could pick up the Cyber Security business for nothing vs upcoming earnings forecast.

MSP spun off from Solarwinds, will give Falanx a more direct approach to the underlying clients via the MSP platform.Believe Falanx will now become a target for a " new " MSP in Q1 2021.

If the crashing share price wasnt bad enough, news that they are seeking to dilute the share pool by 25% at the AGM on wednesday, then this news that FLX big partner SolarWinds is extra bad. Time to dump those shares!
