20/10/2018 13:50 | Pj1 I missed that thanks,as I said if they can get 50% that would be very good. I assume you will understand that I will wait for the interms figures before changing my current bear position. | nearlythere
20/10/2018 13:45 | Kaka47 What in My last posts makes you think that my view has changed. My view which I assume is clear to everyone except kaka47 remains the same. IMO I fully expect a share issue shortly, the lack of the operational update and the late eoy are big red flags for me. As regards the solar winds at present it may have potential in 6 or 12 months and with falanx the turning point always seems to be in 6 12 months. Only a detailed midterm with figures that support the comments made by management will change my view. Talk is talk and if things are going so well kaka47 give me good reason for not releasing a timely operational update to shareholders | nearlythere
20/10/2018 12:48 | Only few days ago Nearlythere posted this now he is believer....All IMO DYORThose waiting for an bumper update like kaka47 may be disappointed, I think it is now too close to to midterms. Time will tell, but silence in these cases is rarely golden:-)Unfortunate | kaka47
20/10/2018 11:40 | Whilst I'm not a massive fan of Proactive I do wish FLX would abandon VOX, who cater for the P&D and Co'S desperate for cash, and podcast via Proactive. I think by using VOX they are possibly sending out an unintended wrong message. I believe VOX's audience figures do not stand up to any scrutiny. | pj 1
20/10/2018 11:25 | nearlythere 19 Oct '18 - 20:02 - 15 of 15(premium) 0 0 0 Pj1 I must have missed that can you point me to where that was stated ==================== 16th October ''targeting 2000 potential customers, out of initial 100k UK (already under MSP with SolarWinds). = POTENTIAL £400k per month Revenues @50% margin, with most of the marketing done by Solarwinds'' was my interpretation. However, with the obvious cross selling opportunities we need to confirm that this cross selling will not eat any bottom line profits from SolarWinds, as often happens with these 3rd Party deals. i.e take it with one hand and give it away with the other. Previously in the Podcast JB had referred to Midguard at 60% to 70% margin, so I assume the difference is fees to SolarWinds? (needs confirmation) | pj 1
20/10/2018 11:24 | May have said this before but I think this: "global early adopter programme of DevOps teams" means its free to those teams, effectively being a Beta test to see what issues appear and to get an idea of required functionality. As with many tech-folk, the excitement I reckon is because of the tech. not the money. | yump
20/10/2018 11:22 | "......the company is moving towards an EBITDA breakeven position in the current year and net profitability thereafter". In the meantime FLX needs funding. Thanks for written confirmation. Broker note followed by placing announcement. All designed to artificially inflate price whilst touted in marketplace to raise cash. | ebomber

19/10/2018 16:39 | Falanx were chosen by SolarWinds purely because of MidGard...MidGARD starting to payoff Great job by DM | kaka47

19/10/2018 15:17 | John B clearly stated 50% margin from the MSP, so I assumed that 50% takes account of any royalty or fees due to SolarWinds? | pj 1

19/10/2018 15:05 | All IMO DYOR Given the recent comments it seems the direct selling channel has failed, on the positive side the down sizing of the direct sales team may be helping with the short term cash flow. However nothing is free. Falanx management has made much of the 50% to 70% margin on the monitoring side which looks very good and is expected to be one of the main drivers of income growth. I assume however that solar winds and each MSP will want a large slice of that margin, how much margin is left for falanx I simply do not know. If they have been able to maintain 50% margin or morethat will imo be excellent news. The midterm should provide that information, if not then I will have to assume an even split. With perhaps under 20% left for falanx it may reduce the income accordingly and push break even back to 2020 given the possible additional resources required to support these new low margin customers. The midterm will be interesting I hope | nearlythere
19/10/2018 14:59 | Yump - yes, that's what I was referring to. I know what you mean about DM, but hopefully there is some substance to his claims about the new tech and it will prove commercial. | sclper |
