Full of "If, could, may, believe, suggest, anticipated", IMO and by the share price reaction the markets have had quite enough of those andI dismiss the whole RNS as nothing more than the usual jam tomorrow before a share issue.

IMO far more telling is the late EOY ,the lack of a detailed operational update,which in my 30 years experience, suggests to me, that things are far worst than I suspected. It should be noted we have now a full time CFO, so the figures should be available on time. I fully expect that the midterms will also be delayed and if /when released provide little or no hard figures.

KAKA47 60p Target is only a X20 away now, I suspect in a few weeks it may be a X30 or X40:-)

Solarwinds already has threat-monitoring as part of its offering in the US, so worth noting that this agreement with FLX covers the UK and South Africa. Its just the first in these two countries. So its a standing start for Solarwinds, presumably wanting to complete their offering along with all the other services they provide.

What is interesting is that they bought a threat monitoring company in the US:



So if they like FLX's offering and it sells, imo they could well buy FLX.

That acquisition appears to only have been in July, so it looks as if Solarwinds have automated threat-monitoring as a recent key strategy.

Could prove a little more interesting here than it has looked for some time, but I think FLX will continue to produce large volumes of words, even if they have a rapid increase in revenue and things look a lot more promising. I don't think they can help it.

Internal estimates suggest target market equates to approximately 20% of the total addressable market of 100000, or around 20,000 customers or GBP 4.00 million per month equals GBP48 Million a year revenue. As an illustration if only 2000 end user customers out of 100000 take up this service at entry level pricing this would generate GBP400k revenue per month or GBP4.8 Million a year

I've said before they brought about 20 staff down to UKI for a good jolly outing when they needed about three people there, four max. These trips are just a nice little holiday, nothing else.
