18/10/2018 17:34 | nearlythere Perhaps fractionally bullish, on the basis that Solarwind are actually a significant player and Stone never were in the first place, although educational establishments seem to have a dire need for threat monitoring, because of their varied networks and risks. Stone had problems of their own. Plus Solarwind appear to have skin in the game, in the form of threat monitoring actually being an expansion strategy of theirs, not just some hopeful add-on and they appear to be dealing (indirectly) mainly with businesses, which is an easier sell for MSP's (less delay and restrictions with budgets and immediate financial risks of cyber-crime - whereas educational risks are less obvious and not often financial). | yump
18/10/2018 17:28 | Yes PJ1 go for it. | yump
18/10/2018 15:36 | Being primed for that placing Suck buyers in and then place at 2p | opodio
18/10/2018 15:31 | Yes PJ1, good idea. I think we can all accept there are different points of view, but people posting the same stuff day after day drowns out any attempt at sensible discussion, which is probably their objective. | richjp
18/10/2018 15:21 | Yes please do | christopher logsdon
18/10/2018 14:44 | richjp 17 Oct '18 - 19:11 - 6261 of 6276 Thanks for feeding back your thoughts from the Presentation. Is there any interest in me setting up a moderated thread, and leaving those who are happy to post repetitive unconstructive posts to themselves? | pj 1
18/10/2018 13:33 | All IMO DYOR YUMP You seem to be getting a little more bullish. IMO 200 million @approx2p still very much on the cards here, the lack of any confidence that this is anything than another falanx jam tomorrow statement before a share issue is clearly illustrated to me by the share price movement and after the transformational update by senior management seems to have been ignored. I assume in a years time (insert year here) there will be another transformational deal or another disruptive product or another direction change or another game changer which in 6 or 12 months time will produce (insert figure here ) profit, but they need (insert figure here) to pay for it.:-) Perhaps like me others find it strange that a management with a conservative target of 400k a month would even think of issuing shares at these low levels for any reason. If the business case is so good why not a six month bank loan. Others may take the view that 6.3 million in approx 18 months should be more than enough for a company worth 7.5 million and a lot to pay for a company with little left in the bank and an share price that has halved 12 months . Simply look back at all those other eoy statements were markets worth 100s of millions even billions are mentioned. The result is 0.5 million increase income, increasing losses, late eoy and no operational update. The reality imo has been and still is falanx is tiny tiny player struggling in a market of giants and at present losing. Unless there is some other news I will wait for share issue and midterm ( Of course it may be late like the eoy or maybe not issued at all, time will tell) and see if they have any usefuly figures. | nearlythere

18/10/2018 12:30 | IF One billion new shares were to be issued at 2p - how much would that raise? | opodio
18/10/2018 11:40 | Richjp Thanks for the seminar update and I concur with your thoughts: "It looks to me that Falanx’s strategic direction may have changed in the last six months, either because of luck, being in the right place at the right time, or just a better understanding of their market opportunities." Could this be that MR is now fully focussed on where Falanx' best financial opportunities now lie and is now truly guiding the company. | itworks22
18/10/2018 11:12 | Well either the management are lying re-fund raising, or eBomber is lying in his last post, Hmmm, who to believe, what a dilemma. | dan de lion
18/10/2018 10:52 | Is kaka writing a follow-up to his first fictional novel of soon 60 pence. Appears FLX share price found a temporary glass floor of sub-3 pence. Come on FLX be honest with shareholders and announce the placing that you have been touting round the City for the last 8 days! | ebomber
18/10/2018 07:37 | Solarwind and Falanx numbers are amazing.Annual revenues from total addressable market are GBP360m pa (GBP260m from monitoring (recurring) and GBP120m from professional).FLX is immediately targeting modest 2% of TAM - which will double existing revenue run-rate of GBP7.2m.Also - No Cash Required at the moment but may tap the market if demand outstrips current modest expectations from solarwind tie up...Management is very bullish on beating current GBP7.1 million market forecast | kaka47
