I assume someone buying 1000 shares or £34,00 worth may not be interested in the global markets:-)

Well whoever is buying FLX is clearly not too bothered by the small cap 150 index heading towards 18,000 and the Dow plummeting.

FLX strategy?

Buy another beaten up business which cant pay HMRC and do a placing at 2p at the same time

I was stunned to know one business at FLX is having to pay HMRC in installments because it had insufficient cash

Just bumping this for anyone that doesn't want to contribute to the constant blah, blah repetition and drivel on the other thread.

Anyone here who doesn't want to read the (positive & negative) silly repetition from kaka, hamida and especially opodio, who seems to have some sort of undiagnosed problem, there is a moderated thread here:

So if you see that thread pop up, it means someone probably has something to say that might be worth reading.

Less time wasted.

After watching the video link supplied by kaka47 thanks for that. IMO it was very poor showing and I was suprised the share price did not fall of a cliff.

They will raise cash.. but it sounds like again , watching the interview , do it via an acquisition route just like last time.

Opodio, why do you want a 2p placement? Are you part of a shorting syndicate or something. We,the ordinary shareholders encourage constructive and informative conversation about Falanx not this continued dribble about failure, placements and jam tomorrow. We are all expecting news in the coming days/weeks. A trading update, contract wins, new adviser's or anything which will give us an idea of the future of the company, this is what's required not, mindless de-ramping all the time, it's just getting a bit boring. If you don't hold shares why are you bothering to comment all the time.

I do not think so IMO there were too many holes in the presentation.

It would seem that the market is waking up to the possible positive contribution that this latest deal could make to Falanx.

Nearly my friend My 60p Target...Back then 60p would have put a GBP100 Million market Cap with 160 Million share in issue Now they have close to 300 Million shares in issue...Yes I am super confident of Falanx reaches GBP100 to 200 Million Market Cap within 2-3 years with a scalable high margin product like MidGARD...

You shouldn't own stocks if a 50% decrease in their value in a short period of time would cause you acute distressWB

From what I recall from the Tuesday meeting that I attended, the 50% all goes to Falanx. Gross margins are high in the software business so that would not surprise me.

I am not expecting too much from the interims. I think I am just looking for a bit more reassurance that all is well at this stage as they have stated. What I am hoping is that they issue trading updates early next January and April. If they do and the TUs are positive, I feel that is when we might really see some decent movement in the share price
