18/7/2018 08:47 | kaka47 Your silence on the simple questions jailbird has asked is deafening. Will see sub 4 pence this trading week. Holders are realising the bills have to be paid somehow and they will be diluted on next placing. Bring on 2 pence and we can all move on. Jam tomorrow. Toast today! | ebomber
18/7/2018 08:10 | Kaka The staff have been conned Share price will never reach those figures for 3 consecutive months The dilution will make sure of that What do you think the combined Cos revenue will be this full year? And what will it be , loss on break even ? If you have no clue just say but you should have an expectation | jailbird
18/7/2018 07:28 | FLX Vesting price of the options of the acquisition RNS25% @ 81% higher than current SP25% @ 242% higher than current SP50% @ 300% higher than current SPOn the verge of break even Read between the lines. | kaka47
18/7/2018 07:26 | A placing now will dilute all of the rampers who have been buying all the way down from 8p. You will not see double figures again. One other thing , FLX are buying micro Cos which have their own overheads. So whatever you think the monthly cash costs are , well this will increase now too Someone made an excellent point earlier ... they had to issue shares to buy a Co for just £100k!.... they have no cash Co thinks it can be the next Qinetiq.. | jailbird
18/7/2018 07:25 | Added to #FLX. Drifted on lack of newsflow, despite the highly encouraging May update.- Lots of new business is being won across all divisions- First Base is bedding in well- MidGARD enjoying singificant uptake- New platform (MidGARD for majors!) to be released imminently | kaka47
18/7/2018 07:24 | FLX Vesting price of the options of the acquisition RNS25% @ 81% higher than current SP25% @ 242% higher than current SP50% @ 300% higher than current SPRead between the lines. | kaka47
18/7/2018 05:54 | I have a lot of time for TW (he has saved me a lot of money) but I don't agree with him on this one. I sold out completely yesterday, there are a lot of much better investments about IMHO GLA | parsons4
17/7/2018 19:00 | I guess tw and evil will want to secure 2p placing shares in their own accounts before ramping with a big up to 60p If as expected 2p is the next placing price it may make sense to off load here and get back cheaper Or just take a shower 50pc fall | opodio
17/7/2018 14:27 | Surprised t w has not ramped this today Has falynx stopper greasing tw”S palm | opodio
17/7/2018 13:18 | I'm frankly amazed that you think they'll need a placing anywhere near 2p. | colinzeal
17/7/2018 13:14 | No one is arguing about the quality of the products or quality of the acquisitions. In 18-24 months time FLX may even be paying a dividend. The problem is in the interim period to profitability. How in the immediate future is the company proposing to pay wages, rent and electricity bill? Unfortunately, it will require funds from another placing in late Sep / early Oct 2018. That will dilute shareholding and current share price. Maybe better to wait for substantial dilution to happen in next 3 months and pick up stock closer to 2 pence. | ebomber
17/7/2018 12:11 | Paddyfool, 20 years in the public and private sectors leading delivery, procurement etc. So my point is once you become an incumbent trusted supplier it is significantly easier to roll those contracts over than tendering cold. Largely because many decision makers in the public sector are jobsworths and follow the path of least resistance. This deal is a small addition but it's real value is in the established contracts with the public sector... and someone mentioned earlier this fellow has apparently a respected reputation in the cyber security space.Do I trust the bod, well reading my previous posts will tell you not entirely but I support their growth strategy through acquisition and organic growth although the latter is taking as long as those of us with knowledge ot the space would expect. | rathean
17/7/2018 10:51 | Rathean, I think I know this space very well. Securestorm are a cyber security services provider not a vehicle for someone to avoid any IR35 and other tax legislation. A look at the website will tell you what they do. From a government perspective I know the tech procurement process extremely well. I transact through it on a daily basis. Being an encumbent in government is useful but only to a point. You can get extensions to the time and size of your win but everything else is rebid. I have a holding here and I am very frustrated with management. So your rather asinine response is disappointing why don't you lay out your expertise? | paddyfool
17/7/2018 10:46 | Lol. share price movements can happen for no apparent reason. SALV more than doubled on no news between Thursday and Monday 0900. | bscuit
17/7/2018 10:30 | All IMO This was another opportunity to update shareholders on that highly advanced pipeline but no mention of any progress in that Critically important area The cash position may be far worst that even I expected, if they are having to raise so small a figure of a 100k by issuing shares at near all time lows, hardy IMO the actions of a company with cash in the bank or about to break even or go into profit. Unfortunately I have to agree with opodio with no contracts IMO 100 or 200 million issue coming soon I think. Where are the contracts?. | nearlythere
17/7/2018 10:20 | £700,000 business with a thought leader at the helm. What was done with the tax and losses is totally irrelevant. You can turnover £700,000 with a youtube channel with not much thought at all. But look at the impressive jump in revenues that will be posted. It could well be 100% growth. Fantastic stuff. | yump
17/7/2018 09:53 | No the short case is a placing as the company is losing 200k a month and only has enough to last to August :) Sell and buy after the placement at 2p fwiw is my strategy formulate ur own tho, shares can go down as well as down down down to zero | opodio
17/7/2018 09:49 | So the short case here is that the founder of the newly acquired business is a... Werewolf ^o^ | rathean
17/7/2018 09:41 | Founder was bitten by a wolf in transalvania | opodio
17/7/2018 09:39 | Accounts in August might be qualified and then no one will invest Last placees are deep in green merde | opodio
17/7/2018 09:39 | Lol you guys :) | rathean
17/7/2018 09:26 | Placing end Sep / early Oct 2018. Approximately 40 trading days away. Tick tock. | ebomber
17/7/2018 09:21 | Placing coming at 2p | opodio |
