Nearlythere why are you spending time deramping here? Have you given up trying to make money on the stockmarket or do you have an axe to grind?

the more i read that the more I like it contract value to cap not huge. Its the developments to huge upscale in near term and the fact Government is uptaking us. Looks like MidGard is going to really be adopted left right and center. True growth stock.

Many of the comments about the cloud product were being said 9 months ago about midgard IE disruptive etc.

It is a good contract win but after the "near future" comment I am cautious about expectations being raised and more inclined to wait for the signed contracts, hard figures.

IMO It is all about management credibility which for me took a big hit over the past 3 months due to lack of contracts, raising cash @4.5 only to announce a management incentive scheme while the company is still burning cash and then the general lack of figures.

I expect the EOY to report 2million loss at least.

Imo I see 24/7 monitoring by MidGARD being integrated in to in-house cyber security departments of big giants, so am expecting collaboration RNS with FTSE and NASDAQ giants on the horizon....

Mdchand I agree, I think the numbers are a bit smoke and mirrors as usual but it's getting into Government departments that's really interesting. On that alone these are worth a buy and hold, when you get your feet under the public sector table you become the comfortable choice of least effort going forwards.

Back on filter. Clearly you can't read as I have already said I sold Sopheon in 2000 for a nice amount of money. Perhaps you weren't born then. Bye-bye.

Hopefully you can find a contribution to make to this thread that isn't just copy and paste.

Oh yes I misread that. I wonder what proportion of the annual First Base (expected?) £1.8mln is actually on the order book already then...

All IMO

I think the market reaction is about right, 10k a month and a lot of talk does not equal breakeven. IMo what we need is figures for cash in the bank, cash burn and income.

Expectations have raised before, so lets hope

"Falanx is currently negotiating contracts with several highly advanced MidGARD sales opportunities"
does not mean >3 months.

Unless we get more a detailed rns imo 100,000,000 @3p to 3.5p to keep the lights on and maybe 250,000,000 if they buys other companies is still on the cards

As I've said before, as long as they keep DM the company will go places.

This is a huge absolutely huge....Cloud ready, out of the box, this technology 'stack' can be used in almost every industry vertical and is envisaged to displace hugely expensive licensed monitoring technologies. It will also simplify the complex and expensive data management and architectural issues that often eat millions of pounds of code and time and is expected to be ...significantly...disruptive...in the enterprise space.

I just took you off filter to see if you're posting anything useful, but no, just a random repeat of stuff from the RNS.

Perhaps rather than being a waste of space, you could add up some of these figures and have a jab at the overall revenue.

- A major UK Government department has selected MidGARD for an initial one-year period, extendable to five years, to provide monitoring over a large network of UK Citizen data, with an initial revenue value of GBP230,000 per annum.-- MidGARD has been selected by an organisation within the Ministry of Justice, working in partnership with ROC Technologies which has been instrumental in transitioning many organisations to cloud environments and will continue to do so with Falanx.

I note they are only talking about revenue expectations, not breakeven - I think talk about that has been given the elbow for the time being. In any case if they can't grow revenue organically and substantially from the current level, its not going to be an exciting growth stock.

They quote an order book of £400,000 taken over from First Base, but their total revenue was £1.8mln last year. Not sure what to make of that, other than at best then 1/4 of their revenue is repeat.

Anyone care to add up all the figures and have a guess at FLX's likely revenue, seeing as we don't know what their 'expectations' are.
