DM Tweeted When you are developing game changing code in a very unique security niche, the onus of responsibility is huge, blessed with great developers and security people who realise that we have to do this right - because nobody else on the planet has ever built it before.

IMO this update, if we get one, is about midgard contracts and breakeven, as set out by management.

20 December 2017

Mike Read, Chairman and CEO, commented:

"Since taking over as CEO and conducting a far-reaching review of our business, I am pleased to report Falanx continues to grow and remains in-line with the Boards expectation to move into break even within our financial year.

The contract wins announced today provide visibility of high quality recurring revenue, which is further supported by our strong pipeline of MidGARD clients on-boarding now and in the future.

I have taken measures to strengthen the Board and a new, full time, AIM experienced Financial Director will join the Board in January. I have also agreed with the Board to accept the appointment of Chief Executive Officer on a permanent basis as we look to the future with great confidence."

From 7/2 2018

Mike Read, Chairman and CEO, commented:

"I am delighted to report the continuing sales momentum of our highly regarded MidGARD service, further enhancing visibility of recurring revenues over the next three years. Our pipeline of similar opportunities continues to grow and I look forward to announcing further contracts in the near future"

IMo the "near future" is now. If this management team have been unable to sell enough contracts of the "disruptive" midgard product to get breakeven or close, then will people believe what is siad about the next shiny thing.?

I said many times, time will tell, IMO Times up.

As for any future products, I am sure, any details will be disclosed to shareholders at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner.

Sometimes you have to take off your rose tinted glasses. I'm afraid companies do not run on ramping tweets but pure cash in the bank that is being refreshed with revenue.

FLX need minimum net revenue of £250k per month.

It is simply NOT happening. The last contract success for £19k per month was in Feb 2018 (3 months ago).

Many thanks to Richard Morrell for confirmation of launch month.

".............I have something disruptive I'm launching in July........"

Add 6 months to sell into marketplace and further 3 months before seeing revenue. We land in March / April 2019 for revenue.

Net cash burn at £250k per month we will see next fundraise in Sep/Oct 2018 and looks now like a second before financial year end Mar/Apr 2019.

FLX need to show us the money, winding the market up with tweets is a disgrace while the poor LTH now has to wait another 12 months to see a profit.

#Deloitte plans to spend $580m on its own #CyberSecurity defences over the next three years as pressure increases on the 'big four' accounting firms to fend off attacks that could jeopardise client datahttps://t.co/dWygluIdM2

Net cash burn "was" £250K per month. The rate of the current cash burn, if there still is one, is pure speculation. It should be reducing on a month by month basis but at the moment we have no way of knowing.

If they can get a big public sector contract with recurring revenues it might be worth holding onto. Especially if DM's right on the tech aspect which I've no doubt he is...

All great news .................."opens in weeks".

Add 6-9 months to sell in marketplace and mobilise with potential customers and where are we. End of the calender year 2018, early 2019.

As has been said repeated times. Net cash burn is £250k per month. Another fundraise in Sep / Oct 2018 by my calculation.

One to watch and if product so ground breaking then pick up at sub-3 pence in Jan-Mar 2019.

I think an interesting point was made about IOT , and these devices being protected better and more suitably through a service than through the old style monitoing with internalised solution.
A very interesting product, and surely the way of the future.

A very good and interesting interview.

Falanx - BUY for long term potential.

"Midgard is not a product". That explains the lack of sales then.

"We're not selling you anything, we're offering a service - ala telesales cold call technique".

It may well be disruptive, but they seem to have a problem describing how and if they are selling to SME's they'll have to do a lot better than all the prose. In fact, more challenging than that; if they're selling to people who know the area well, they'll have to cut to the key points, otherwise they'll just get the usual "we can get that already" responses.

and if they say "this is the only service that provides x,y,z,a and b together, they'll need an independent reference that shows that is true. I don't see that on the website.
