07/2/2018 07:42 | I await the results with some trepidation re the cash flow. However the costs per month should have come down with the completion of getting MidGARD up and running and moving offices. So long as they keep signing contracts it is good for the company and a validation of the technology. gersemi not sure that there is much in relation to government infrastructure PFI contracts and cyber security contracts not least in terms of margin | wedward
07/2/2018 07:40 | So the company releases an RNS because its a legal requirement, yet some idiots feel the need to criticise the company for doing so because the contracts are not very big. What do you want them to do lie or withhold price sensitive information? Some people are really stupid. If you haven't got anything sensible to say keep your mouth shut. | toyin
07/2/2018 07:38 | THE ELEPHANT IN ROOM IS THE LACK OF CASH CASH EXPECTED TO RUN OUT WITHIN 5 WEEKS EXPECT DILUTION TO OBLIVION | opodio
07/2/2018 07:36 | The way I read below, there must be significant MidGARD roll-out to clients that is not new business for RNS but could be resulting in steady revenues we are not aware of. From 20th December: MidGARD Managed Service Update The MidGARD managed security service 'proof of concept' (POC) phase has been successfully completed on time, with commercial roll-out now in process. Clients are now being on-boarded to our industry leading platform which is comprised of our own intellectual property and third-party technologies. Early adopting clients are now converting to full implementation with more enterprise class clients in active negotiation to receive the full MidGARD service under multi-year contracts. The strong pipeline of potential clients provides the Board with high levels of assurance of doubling the number of current managed service clients within the next quarter. The MidGARD managed service benefits from high margin, strong cash generation and a significant level of automation. Annual contract values under such multi-year contracts are expected to be typically between £50,000 and £300,000 dependent on individual customer requirements and services delivered | molatovkid
07/2/2018 07:36 | Forget health - look at education. | yump
07/2/2018 07:35 | To be honest I don't the NHS has the budget for the likes of midgard at anything other than maybe a few special centres, but maybe I'm wrong. I think they are struggling with much more basic internal infrastructure /security problems first. Big law firms sound much more appetising. From my faulty memory, today's announcement makes about a quarter of the revenue increase forecast from last year to this. So a solid step in the right direction, but not quite out of the woods. | martinc
07/2/2018 07:35 | Its as purile to just quote Carillion as it is to quote ASOS. | yump
07/2/2018 07:34 | I should add that someone highlighted ages ago that the educational sector, especially higher education has a particularly difficult set of problems to solve, because there are numerous different points of access to the cloud and external networks, plus all the researchers laptops, some of which will contain very sensitive information. So rather than call names, I suggest the rampers go look at the possibilities there and do some proper research. You might be even more positive afterwards. | yump
07/2/2018 07:30 | I don't really want to do the rampers' jobs for them, but isn't the main positive that the new legal client is a great advert ? Seeing as the idea is that MidGard is going to disrupt the market ? Another contract that would make a splash would be a significant one through Stone, of an educational establishment or group. After the announcement of the tie-up, that one should provide some news soon if its worth anything at all. | yump
07/2/2018 07:29 | Oh and does that news out them in profit this year. That's what they said ahead of expectations and expected profits, why didn't they add that into the news to confirm it. Obviously they can do that as news later but just 7/8 weeks to go to year end, when they will know for sure. | superg1
07/2/2018 07:28 | YES BURNING 250K A MONTH | opodio
07/2/2018 07:28 | Safe to say I think there is a market for Falanx via Stone Group.... | molatovkid
07/2/2018 07:27 | owenski Is the cash burn you claim right? Have you been through the figures etc. I haven't, just asking. | superg1
07/2/2018 07:25 | I'm a little confused. Perhaps someone can add up what these contracts add to annual revenue and then explain why the critics are stupid. Or not. | yump
07/2/2018 07:24 | Bad Are you still in school? | superg1
07/2/2018 07:24 | Not really the contracts were said to be coming and posted as such. Split it over 3 years. Still need funds it seems and that is the point some are waiting for. | superg1
07/2/2018 07:23 | That equates to £233k per year Or £19.4k per month Are they still burning through £250k per month? Need a lot more signings to avoid another cash raise surely? | owenski
07/2/2018 07:21 | Wow nice contracts. Looks like superg was just as wrong about these as he was about HNR. Never mind everyone superg is offering £1000 cash to any investor that got chased out of this one due to his mega posting negativity by way of an apology. | bad gateway
07/2/2018 07:20 | The Board is pleased to announce a new MidGARD service contract with a total revenue value of £700,000. An award-winning UK Top 20 International law firm has signed a 3-year managed service contract with Falanx to deliver advanced security monitoring of its entire global estate. BUT ONLY WORTH 19K A MONTH, HARDLY EARTH SHATTERING IMHO | opodio
07/2/2018 07:12 | Wow nice contract wins Even better more contracts to come!!! | jammytass
07/2/2018 07:09 | Well, well, well...an awful lot of morons on here don’t half look stupid this morning. | colinzeal |
