07/2/2018 08:54 | What price will the next fund raise be at and hence the obvious dilution, as a guess I'd expect them to raise circa 2m at a discount to market rates as per track record. Probably better to hold off till that's out of the way and it's fully funded and some forward financial clarity is evident before hitting the buy button every time they put out an RNS. You get mugged out at the open anyway. All IMO | owenski
07/2/2018 08:44 | It was a CONTRACT WIN RNS you buffoon. | colinzeal
07/2/2018 08:41 | The recent contract announcements = 250k over 2 years 250k over 3 years 700k over 3 years Aggregate per anum = £441k £441,000 per year, these are not large sums and FLX is still burning cash, also, these are managed services so will include a wage element, therefore the margins will be impacted. Expect a fund raise soon. | owenski
07/2/2018 08:39 | Nice to see the contract wins, but more importantly there are more in the Pipeline. Things definitely looking rosier here after todays RNS | pj 1
07/2/2018 08:39 | Feels like the market still expects a fund raise IMO, but what do I or we know really? | nick rubens
07/2/2018 08:36 | profits are mentioned in accounts not Contract wins! You don't normally announce to your customers how much profit you are making out of them | undertaker
07/2/2018 08:21 | funny how no mention of profits in todays RNS | opodio

07/2/2018 08:19 | Yump The last contract win you questioned,correctly | nearlythere
07/2/2018 08:19 | kaka Yes a reminder that the company were predicting profits against market expectations. As that was put in news if they are not in profit before the end of March they will have to release news saying not to expectations. I'm just wondering why having had the chance to say it today and say still on track that they didn't. So what is coming, profits as stated or an RNS saying sorry folks didn't manage it ooppps Well we can see what current holders think as in the reaction so far. Sell, sell, sell. | superg1
07/2/2018 08:16 | Great RNS ! | chinese investor
07/2/2018 08:14 | Plenty of stock around 4.35p | pj 1
07/2/2018 08:10 | Excellent jam is being delivered NowFalanx is grossly underpriced at below 10 million m/capa technology company that is about to go cash positive at such an early stage in sector worth billions with disruptive technology Sky is the limit | hamidahamida
07/2/2018 08:07 | I have to say that was nice RNS for FLX shareholders today, particularly as the contract was for Midgard | sclper
07/2/2018 08:05 | kaka47 Do we have to have that self-promoting look-who-I-know bore quoted all the time ? | yump
07/2/2018 08:04 | The actual evidence for MidGard being a highly regarded product is this: - FLX say it. - There was an earlier £250,000 contract which presumably included MidGard, although not specifically mentioned. - There is now a £700,000 contract which specifically mentions MidGard. One new definite MidGard inspired contract so far. The rest is assumption. One of which is that existing clients are all being moved to use MidGard. That may or may not mean a series of increased sales values, presumably FLX would say if the general value of contracts was increasing, although they don't have to, they haven't been shy before. MidGard was also said to be going to increase margins. Whether clients are being sold MidGard as an upgrade and higher sale value we just don't know. The ideal would of course be that, plus the margin increase. | yump
07/2/2018 08:02 | Nice as expected more wins | nw99
07/2/2018 07:55 | Richard Morrell talks why he joined Falanx https://falanx.com/d | kaka47
07/2/2018 07:52 | Reminder forecasts are for the company to reach breakeven at some stage within 2 months with plenty of cash left in the kitty MidGARD is disrupting multi billion pound industry | kaka47
07/2/2018 07:50 | Reminder forecasts are for the company to reach breakeven at some stage within 2 months | kaka47
07/2/2018 07:50 | They need 15 -20 of these contracts | jailbird
07/2/2018 07:49 | They will do a fund raise on the back of this piddly contract. | jailbird
07/2/2018 07:48 | 1.5 Million contract Announced And we haven't even scratched the surface yet with disruptive MidGARD | kaka47
07/2/2018 07:46 | 1.5 Million pound of contracts announced in last few weeks and the final QTR still has 2 months left More to come Soon | kaka47
07/2/2018 07:44 | I will take contract wins rnss over an update every time, actual money. While the new contract is significant it is the comments re Midgard that impress. I assume this company had the choice of all international cyber security offering on the market and selected Falanx. Yump there can no doubt imo that Midgard is a highly regarded product. I assume there may be many smaller contracts wins / upgrades not requiring rnss, so if this continues, at this rate, breakeven or not the future looks brighter and importantly management credibility re forward statements has in my view been enhanced. Well done. | nearlythere |
