I suggest folk would be better watching which stocks drop on the back of the US bubble bursting and which don't, than compulsively posting the same old stuff here. Its your own time to do what you want with of course.

FLX urgently need a missive TODAY from its PR consultants TW / ShareProphets to reassure shareholders to keep on holding.

Extract from FLX September 2017 Interims

The Board is pleased to announce robust growth and believes Falanx is on track to deliver against markets expectations of achieving profitability in the year.

Period Highlights
Financial
-- Continued growth across all service lines with significant growth in revenue year on year
o Group Revenue +18% increase
o Cyber Revenues +40% increase
o Intelligence Revenues +9% increase
-- Cash balance of over GBP1m on 30(th) Sept 2017 (Sept 2016: GBP0.8m)
-- Balance sheet entirely equity financed and debt free

-- Placing of GBP2m of equity in May 2017 used to undertake acquisitions, seed the development of MidGARD and augment growth

Cash burn appears to be at a rate of some £1 million every 4 months (£250,000 per month) based on companies own calculations.

If £1 million cash balance on 30 Sep 2017 and no significant revenue then placing due in next 3 weeks (15 trading sessions).

Keep your powder dry and pick up some cheap stock at sub 2.5 pence in next month. They clearly need another £2 million in the very short term. Look forward to reading that RNS!

Time will tell..............diary note for Friday 23 Feb 2018 to see level of dilution.

Some have said this is a death spiral for a confetti product!!!

Agree, the lack of news and an update seems to question the validity of managements expectation of a bumper q4. Does look more like 100 million @2p. The ftsee250 in 5 years seem a tad optimistic at this point.

Aha

The line in the interims has it

"The Board is pleased to announce robust growth and believes Falanx is on track to deliver against markets expectations of achieving profitability in the year."

So they'll be in profit this year then with Y/E 31st March.

That's what they have said will beat expectations.

So a statement about beating the market expectations and profit or didn't manage to do it near or just after Y/E.

eBomber thanks and your correct. When I read the shareprophet post, I also saw one in my interactive posts about this being something worth buying. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework. I am annoyed as I usually do and probably wouldn't of bought in. Anyway I'm in now, expanding on my punt - in a couple of weeks time cry. But on the other hand you just never know. Cheers eBomber

I have the greatest respect for those who have an opposing viewpoint. Best wishes in the short term for your FLX investment.

I just believe you will be able to pick up the same volume of stock at half price (2.5 pence) within the next 3 weeks.

Come on stick 50k in and pick up a million shares. £100k to be made going by the comments of some, nailed on too it seems, 12p and a run of contracts.

Stick your money where your mouth is.

Anyone got a decent holding here?

Yes he said buy about 4 or 5 and they are all around 30% down.

EG buy OBT 18.5 and sell 30p plus.

Price today since then 12.625p.

Same with Big sofa, Concepta and others most about 30% down or something like that.

Best pile in here then as Tom says so.

Don't talk about it just do it.

Why do investors keep selling?

Come on Tom and co has told you, loads of contracts on the way, profits in months, new asos, no fund raise.

Anyone with another view is liar apparently. They haven't said what the lies are though, I'd be happy to have them pointed out.

Trust in Tom fill yer boots, sell everything and buy FLX if you believe what they say.

My advice is DYOR.

But what is the bank balance of FLX today?

Do the basic calculation based on company RNS. Need a fundraise in the next month.

Warm words and jam tomorrow does not reduce the need for cash NOW and inevitable dilution for shareholders.

Maybe worth a punt after the fundraise. One to watch or short!

So if you are so sure 12p is near term and a good run of contract news then sell everything you have and buy FLX.

200% is not to be sniffed at.

I'll keep and eye out for the massive buying spree then.

Have they got a some sort of loan sorted them or have a money tree somewhere.

The facts make most here think they will need funds of some sort be it debt or dilution.

Besides normal running costs it seems the have had to spend on Midgard.

Has it been quoted somewhere that no placing is needed?

You haven't put that you think or suspect or that funds seem fine, just saying it as fact, which could be construed as intentionally misleading if you are wrong.

Obviously Flx news will determine if that is correct or not. For now all we can go on is cash burn. They say break even within 12 months which means negative in the early months

It's not fair to suggest a random number. Typically if a raise is due it will be discounted from the price around the time it's done.

EG 4.5p at 10-20% discount would be 3.5 to 4p. At 3p on those rates it would be 3.3p to 3.6p prior.
