None of those things are likely. But there is one possibility. Shorts may cover before results to be on the safe side. That could lead to quite a spike.

I think you will be out on the revenue forcast as they have had a contribution from FB for app development which I believe will exceed £50k, on the basis that £50k does not buy you much time with App developers (at £600) per day.

Admin expeses might be higher because of the recruiting.

Cost of sales, difficult to see what they have spent 1/2 a mill on, but who knows, a real guess.

You might just be on the money.

If not, you will have Liam Payne to blame, which would amuse a few people.

New to this company, but have been doing my due-diligence and they look to be in fantastic shape. From what I can see, the management is phenomenally strong (ex warner bros, Spotify, etc) and well incentivised to achieve great things. The licensing deals they have been signing look comprehensive and the technology looks to be growing stronger. Whilst we wait for VR headsets to become common-place, the plan to introduce the product on smartphones looks to be key. for many, including myself, teh idea of another bit of hardware in the house is not attractive, so repurposing smartphones makes sense through things like google glass.

As the CEO notes, if this was a west coast company, it would have a $1bn valuation. the company has never been better placed in terms of product, cash, technology and management. Eventually, the market will catch up with this realisation!

Is there any reason to rush into buying shares at this point? I’d be more comfortable placing bets at around half the current 50m market cap in the hope that this company one day does something more creative with VR than music recording. What reason is there to buy now though?

What I don't understand is how the share price can be expected to return to the 16p dumpathon levels when so many new app offerings and arriving at oc. How can MVR prevent their app disappearing into obscurity with so many other continually new choices of VR entertainment ?

You cannot invest in a high risk-high reward stock like EVRH & just expect immediate high reward & no downside risk. This is a new market in its infancy & it will take a long time for them to become a profitable company. The risk is the market might not be big enough to make money or tech problems or they are way too early etc. However the reward if do make it will be many many multiples of the current share price If you can live with prospect of the
