26/1/2019 08:06 | Ok I think you have a point. so why waste your time here? The value is in deals, relationships, etc which could make it attractive as a trade sale. As I said high risk / reward trade. Personally I only spend time on BBs where I think I can make money. Your strategy just seems to be a wind up merchant. | seans66
25/1/2019 23:02 | Whist everyone's debating the : Will they/Won't they ... succeed Will they/Won't they ... make a profit Will they/Won't they ... attract paying subscribers/users etc. I'm not sure if we'll get a trading update, and unless anyone has a date, I'd hope the year end results (to 31st Dec.) would be published during March - I can't understand why they'd take longer than this. All we have to go on so far is the Investec report, which I presume was agreed by EVRH with regards to the estimates. So, what we should be expecting is: Revenue: £1.1m Cost of Sales: £1.0m EBITDA: £10.5m loss Pre-Tax: £11.8m loss Active users: 450,000 Paying users: 110,000 Average spend per paying user: £50.00 p.a. Net Cash: £20m If EVRH achieve or beat these figures (or are at least close (-10%?) with a reasonable explanation), then the future forecasts from the report are plausible too. Results day, I believe will be volatile, one way or another - Either many jumping on the band-wagon for 'the future', or jumping from a sinking ship if 'no future' foreseeable - Good luck, whichever vehicle you're currently on, or going to be on :o) There is one piece in the report that I'm not sure about, but would be surprised if this has been achieved as there's been no RNS's : "The table below shows top artist concerts/festival appearances planned for this year that EVR can capture – close to 180, though roughly 50 are yet to be confirmed. Just on confirmed events, this suggests a material c. 10 new pieces of premium concert/live event content per month on average, not including other EVR immersive experiences that will also be added though the period" (the table shows - 2018 number of live events by key artists worldwide) As I've stated before, VR concerts aren't my thing (too old, and concerts I'd be interested in watching would be like a VR obituary !), but people can have a VR headset for other things - Gaming etc., and then the MelodyVR concert is an extention to this. Bored with shooting VR aliens, so go to a VR concert (and shoot Justin Bieber instead ! Lol) :o) | dsct
25/1/2019 19:08 | sean, I like the VR tech, I've tried it for the recreation of a return journey from the international space station.... just not yet convinced that there is any significant demand to listen to music while wearing a headset. I don't see how the use of a restrictive headset can make the listening experience better to a point were it's necessary to pay for the visuals. Isn't a major benefit of music being that it can be enjoyed while getting on with other stuff like driving a car? ATB | kreature
25/1/2019 19:06 | Sean, he is a fisherman, plain and simple. Acidic one liners to whip up folk into a frenzy for his own satisfaction. A dull existence but what do you expect from a chap in another time zone. He named evil banksta you know! PMSL! | trumpingtonsmythe
25/1/2019 11:48 | Kreature is a strange creature. Lurks around BBs in companies he clearly does not rate making snidey comments. My guess is a number of very bad investments have turned him into a bitter, twisted cynic. This week I had my first investment here. High risk but potentially very reward. | seans66
25/1/2019 08:08 | But imagine paying £85 a ticket to see Liam in the dark? That's Kreatures idea and I think if he wants to give me a list of his favourite artists I will get him front row tickets to every one! | trumpingtonsmythe
24/1/2019 19:42 | Err, its not about the sound if you are a Liam Payne fan. I will admit to appreciating him if he helps to shift boatloads of headsets. | maxdba85
24/1/2019 17:59 | Yep that would work. Now why not try base-jumping with only the sound ? GL | kreature
24/1/2019 17:37 | By George he's right, let's hold sell out concerts in the dark too as it's really only about the sound. | trumpingtonsmythe
24/1/2019 16:10 | Nearly on the fence, having tried the tech to view the international space station, impressive.....but perhaps it's a bit niche within niche to use VR to mainly listen to music? i.e. To really show off VR technology at its best, why would you choose sound, over something mainly visual ? | kreature
24/1/2019 14:04 | You're not the only bear on here Jak. You have Hywel and Kreature on the subs bench. Not Costax of course. He went on a free transfer - to Pukka Pies. | birtwhistle

24/1/2019 08:05 | To be honest I'm not expecting any significant amount of revenue until a full 12 month after launch. So come back in May 2020 and ask that question about revenue | dlewis1
24/1/2019 07:39 | But where is the Revenue | kaka47
