Great opportunity to buy shares in EVRH at opening bell under 18p before the F8 event which starts later today in San Jose California where it is more than likely that Oculus GO and MelodyVR will be unveiled.

So there's no registered trademark is there? Looks like it was withdrawn in the UK because you can't register generic words for their literal use.....and someone in China just registered the MelodyAR.com domain name. So it's a bit difficult for me to take the story seriously guys. I suppose there's always Arm-e-lody.com or something like that ? It might catch on

They've sold about 8% and 10% of their holdings and still hold about 23% of the company. They've also saved another 31M shares being created. I really don't see the problem myself and, having met them a couple of times, they are a smashing couple of guys. Good luck to them, they are making me some decent money.

I guess that the price will be pegged at 16p for a few days until we get some idea on whether the fund raise is going to be, or has already been sold, and we start to form an opinion as to whether Melody VR have something, or not.

To be fair Ferrisc the founders selling before they've even brought the product to market is a bit stinky. Nothing against them making money but up to now all they've done is spent other peoples cash.

Will be interesting tomorrow. Price probably stays above the placing price just.

Think about it. Institutional Investors coming in at 16p will have been shown a demo of the new App before investing which tells its own story. The App must be awesome and the promo activity to support it from the global hardware manufacturers and music giants. Looks like a sure fire 25p this week alone. No time to be short imo.

Picking 16p is a cute choice as it means that all the existing warrant/option holders remain in profit as does anyone holding shares from all but the very recent trading activity.

Bit silly to go short now.
A fund raise was always going to happen around this time, you simply can't launch something like this with just a couple of Mil in the bank, just means that launch day tops out at 25p instead of 30p, or something like that.
It doesn't show that the company is failing.
It doesn't show that the App is no good.
It doesn't show that the business model will not work.
It doesn't show that the Directors are running away.

Kreature, if I had a short on like you say you do and I see £20M is going to be raised (probably already done) with II's at 16p, I think I'd be a little loose around the bowel area.
