Jak'rs - I think you will find that the result of fundamental analysis will steer you away from this stock as it would appear to have no future, in which case you might consider setting up a short with a much as you can pile into it.

Others might take a different view and consider that this company is in fact operating what is effectively an open pseudo IPO bid process, but without relevant accounts.

The only thing that anyone can really rely upon is the absolutely humongous amounts of money that a company that gets it right in this cross-over sector of social media music video, might make.

So Kreature, just for the record your saying EVRH are lying and that despite today's RNS no app/platform is in fact going to be launched? Can you clarify your position for us, so it is then clear in black & white on this thread for future reference...

How much do you stand to loose kreature if evrh is to be successful? Your constant deramping makes you start to look desperate.

Well as they've already signed up the majors who have the vast majority of the market (over 88%), you'll have to put up with the minors (11%) not having such massive popstars.

Universal Music Group (USA based) which owns EMI Music — 32.41% + 6.78% of EMI Group
Sony Music Entertainment (USA based) which owns publishing arm of EMI Group — 30.25%
Warner Music Group— 19.15%
Independent labels— 11.42%

The hottest labels there to be fair; Hospital, Cooking etc. and nice to see Madness and Alison Moyet from the 1940s ?

So if they launch imminently on a ground breaking stand alone piece of VR kit with loads of content from all the top artists plus loads of others and the competition has next to nothing I recon that's as close to exclusive as you are going to get. They need to keep up that position and not get greedy but if you want the perfect world then you will still be at blueprint stage forever. I say they appear to have played this brilliantly but let's see what launch brings before we get the band out ( no pun intended)

Yep, if I know AIM, the next RNS should say 'imminently'
------------

RNS today:
"With the launch of the MelodyVR platform due to occur imminently,"

Get one of your deramps smashed and straight into the next one. Textbook. All of the exclusivity agreements details are in previous RNSs, educate yourself and have a read. share price still rising btw

Launch of platform "imminently" folks!! Here we go!

Where's the magic word "exclusive"?

I would expect all music labels to be doing deals with VR companies. They'd be daft not to. It's costs them nothing and they may even be getting paid.

With the launch of the MelodyVR platform due to occur imminently, additional deals with record labels and publishers help to extend MelodyVR's market leading position. That Anthony Matchett will tell you anything .....imminently........extend......market leading.I mean how many shares in his baby has he sold at this all time high?Oh......none.

They don't start until the app is launched so no, they haven't expired. More subtle deramping.

Yes. Mopping up the minors who are following the lead of the majors. Will be loads more I expect. I reckon we'll have a drip of these RNS's now up to and after launch.

Logs - I really don't know if the agreements have already expired.
I guess we will never really know.
However with todays RNS they are starting to look way more serious than the competition.

@max how long is the exclusively? May it already have expired?

dsct - yes the Universal agreement is non-exclusive, so as we have seen Universal have been sprinkling their signature around a bit.

The Sony agreement however is initially exclusive to Melody, then shared with Sony, which suggests to me that Sony have chosen Melody as their content creator.

The Roc Nation agreement is similar to Sony, so exclusive period followed by shared exploitation.

the exclusivity element of the later agreements suggests to me that the Companies Management have learnt something from their first agreement with Universal.

Just an opinion.
