From left field. There was obviously something in the air, but I don't think any of us saw this coming.

The classy BoD has been brilliantly set up. e.g. the COO runs the day to day activities while AM has been out making contacts and agreements, notably in the USA. How long before MelodyVR is a household name?

JGO will also receive an option to subscribe for the equivalent of $10 million of new Ordinary Shares at a price to be determined at the time of exercise which would value the Company's issued equity share capital at approximately £220 million. The exercise period for this option will expire on 31 December 2019 at which time it will automatically lapse if not exercised. Application will be made for the admission of 111,111,111 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM in due course. In other words this implies a see-through price of c16p per share working on an enlarged share cap base of 1.4bn which effectively is back at the level EVRH raised significant funds from Blue Chip US institutional investors last year.Inspired move and one which should have the naysayers and shorts running for cover. A quick re-rating to 10p a Share beckons.
