Go on then Hywel. Explain your reasoning behind that.

Still looks expensive valued at £36m. Might be worth a punt at £5m, which is what 0.36p?

I would hope that theres a lot more potential here than regurgitating the one off Liam Payne news from last year. You need 100 Liam Payne gigs to make any meaningful revenues.

the size of that loss and the cost of producing VR concerts would seem to indicate no to the thread header..

Presumably all those 100k and 150k sells are shorters as the company news has not suddenly altered today so far as I know?

With over 600 artists the catalogue is taking much too long and whilst AM has acknowledged this, that's about all he has done.

No news on live gigs. A venue list would be a good start. Presumably there are no problems on the licensing agreements with O2 and others.

However the potential upside remains enormous. Concentrating on the smartphone app for the time being makes sense. Just 1 million users each contributing £10 to EVRs annual earnings - hypothetical figures but totally undemanding - would give a P/E ratio of less than four. No end of slack room there.

This all comes back to what has been said before on here. Melody will succeed - in time.

Without trawling back, it's something AM has mentioned in the past. And reading the RNS of 9 May, it looks as though that's where the emphasis will be just now. It doesn't mean to say the VR headsets won't develop in time.

I think it's good the company is nimble enough to do it.

One thing is for sure... if they want to achieve the brokers forecast of 20 million earnings this year then they are going to have to start releasing new things soon, whether it’s on mobile, on other headsets, other countries or live shows, because we’re nearly halfway through the year already.

But that broker’s note is quite old now, so it may be that they were expecting faster headset sales than have actually happened, slowing all their plans down. That is the only reason I can think if why AM has started talking about pushing mobile now, because I remember a time when he seemed against that.

They did in fact slightly outperform Investec's forecast. And they have underlined they are concentrating on developing the smartphone teaser app rather than just waiting for sales of Oculus headsets to reach critical mass.

However you always get the impression with EVR that somehow they could tell us more - hence the abysmal share price. I wonder what the likes of Schroder, Oppenheimer, and Blueport think. They still have their holdings

The EVRH Board's combined 2018 Salaries of £1.1m represented 93% of Total 2018 Revenue - WTF! Current salaries for AM and SH are still an eye watering £275k and £220k respectively - why so ridiculously high for a Company still losing c£700k per month when they own 300m shares still worth £9m at the current price of 3p and have recently sold £10m of EVRH shares Maybe AM and SH should instead follow the example of Mark Zuckerberg, Evan Spiegel, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Jack Dorsey, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk and take an annual token salary of 1 US Dollar. ? if you agree and ? if you think their current salaries are justifiable

When they did that Liam Payne gig they should have had two international artists on one after another. Liam first then someone else also with a massive following. It’s not rocket science.

Disgraceful that Directors have not bought back shares in past 24 hours. As Warren Buffet told Tim Cook only last week "if you think your Company's shares are cheap then Buy them" - this applies both as a Company buyback and/or as Directors. Only excuse can therefore be - the Board has "inside" information which prevents them from Buying shares right now or they don't believe it will have any material impact. As an existing EVRH shareholder with 10m shares I can assure you it would as indeed it would for other shareholders I know holding a further aggregate 80m shares! It might also send a signal to Merrion to cover their 12m short position. Doh!

For all the morons who can't read (or more likely can't be bothered to) the Investec forecast for year end Dec 2918 was revenue £1.1m (actual achieved was £1.2m) and loss of £11.8m (actual was £11.3m). So the people here trying to say different are quite simply out & out liars. Simple as that!
