Simon Cole announced that he was leaving 7digital in "good shape"! Have a look at all RNS since his departure.......
The company clearly was not in good shape and therefore I think it is reasonable to question his statement and call him out as a potential liar who potentially misled the market. Certainly wouldn't want him on the board of anything I was invested in!

Yes an exciting industry with an exciting future in my opinion.
All we need now are some real examples of their part in this new enterprise.

Merian are apparently still sitting on 0.92% shorts done between May and August last year. They are the only fund listed as being short.

The Go sells for less than £200 Advent. How much cheaper does it need to be? And it is the only VR that concerns Melody. They bypassed all the expensive old tech.

That apart, it seems largely forgotten that EVR are providing their teaser app for smartphones, and this may well be their mainstay until the Oculus sales reach critical mass. There are, after all, around three billion of them in use.

A reminder that, even though Apple were heading in the right direction, they had a hard time in those early years, they were going into new territory, you could even buy their shares for $1 in 1980.

New businesses are a risk, without takes risks mankind would never advance.

Thankfully businesses are run by optimists who often find they have employed a pessimist, they are often found in the canteens talking down the prospects of the company they work for.

Investors also have to be optimists, when they turn negative, they sell up, and spend their time investing elsewhere.

One thing for sure, the price of headsets needs to drop. A bit like the price of Apple Macs back in the day.
