Who is going to buy shares at 1p in the retail offer when they can get them now for 0.95 in the open market? - unless the share price rises tomorrow on this news.

Not quite the expected RNS, but good to see some heavy inside buying at last. Lol :)
Might dial in tomorrow for the next show, just to see how they go about this pitch. Got to laugh, but apologies for the gallows humour.

Cheap as chips or NOT?

On offer at 0.915 now.

Now just .93 to buy which suggests the MM are aware of plenty they can get hold of at a lower level imo.

No point in buying, as all one is doing is helping the bigger sellers unload and get out with at least something.

Not even the sniff of a buyer for days but holder/s still unloading and directors "NO COMMENT" or buying.

Painful for you masrkth126 unless your out as well of course.

Sadly it looks like it's going down the pan with no news and the sell offs continuing.

Clearly no positive news is leaking out, or I guess we would have seen buyers. That said when the first deal was done with Stalicla, there were no leaks it seemed, so it maybe a tight lipped news flow.

Good luck markth126

You could probably fit the number of honest and trustworthy knights and dames through the eye of a needle :) But ultimately we get the politicians (and by extension, their handlers) that we deserve, I guess. Anyway, we can but play the cards as they fall.

Well Lovewin those freebies are as worthless as well, as there were targets set it was stated but as you said their rockstar salaries are reward enough, unless by a miracle they were able to get the share heading up towards the 8p level they raised at last time.

Even the major private holder must have paid at least 3/4p

As you say an updated shareholder list would be telling, as it would show if the major holders have not been declaring in a timely fashion, as they are supposed to do. However they know that no financial punishment that would benefit other shareholders would be levied against them if they are guilty.

I can remember one case 20 odd years ago a very wealthy investor “ forgot” for over six months to say he had sold his very large stake but of course they just accepted the excuse and the company went broke. He is still alive and in his mid eights and still far from trust worthy but he now has a knighthood.🤣🤣 Justice!!!

If by insiders you mean the BOD, then this might, at long last, move away from the currently justifiable tag of a sucker stock. Not some trivial purchase, mind. That would be as much of a red flag as their current lack of real position here (not counting the freebies they so generously awarded themselves in the past).
I would love to know the actual, latest major shareholder list. I find it impossible to believe that it remains unchanged since whenever it was last updated. Absolutely impossible. The big thing right now is regarding S payment dispute though. No update since the last bombshell one. What an unseemly mess. Uninvestable now, IMO. Hey ho.

It seems to be 30 days Lovewin in general, so little surprises that there are sellers at the moment. So I guess some from both camps are trading at the moment but the fresh sellers will not be able to buy back for 30 days without consequences from what I read in this link.

If insiders do buy, then they are the ones that will potentially benefit the most if it rises in the next tax year.

Sounds like a much better place than the UK is these days.
We are a quasi-communist state, that chooses to identify as a capitalist democracy :)

You take the losses on the chin where I reside Lovewin, no tax on profits either, I am pleased to say, only on dividends which on these high risk stocks never pay.

Well in that case, you will be subject to whatever the tax rules are in your country presumably. Look up wash sale rule. Although I am not looking to buy back here, barring something significant (eg huge inside buying). In which case, in the UK for example, I would be unlikely to be able to get back in, in time anyway, under the terms of said rule.
Not that it matters, because this one is IMO a dead duck ultimately. So not expecting that any such boat will be missed. GLA.

Lovewin it’s not advice I seek it’s just information as I am offshore and not a UK tax payer and do not need or use a UK accountant.

I was trying to establish if the recent sellers were able to buy back after a week or two or how long they had to wait before they could buy the same or more of the same stock holding back, and still have been able to offset their losses made to date, as I am aware the UK tax year ends in early April.

Maybe someone else that follows the thread can let us know.

I would not feel comfortable giving financial/tax planning advice, CT. Suggest you speak with your accountant, or contact HMRC direct and speak with them, if you manage your own financial affairs. I will say that (IMO) it is not a particularly complicated undertaking - but naturally, you want to make sure you follow the process correctly. No scope for this in, for example, an ISA though. That is the rub..and something the left wing media always seems to overlook, when talking about 'tax avoidance'.

Lovewin. I had mentioned when I sold and also when I bought in again, on the thread, only to be left underwater for the second time - stupid me.

Lovewin - I am not familiar with UK tax laws when it comes to taking tax losses, can you tell me how long after selling a stock and taking a loss, can you buy it back, and hopefully make profits in the following year, and avoid any tax implications?

Or anyone else that has this knowledge please.

Or forward selling in advance of a bucket shop raise perhaps?
You are a strange one, CT. I thought you were out of this one again and bearish. Ah well, good luck to you, whatever your position.

Hefty selling still continues, so it has to be a pretty large holder that is disposing of their holdings it seems to me.
On the other hand it might be opening the door at a bargain price to build a stake.

Is this the door of opportunity opening for some?
