Jeez, unrealistic expectations , such as reasonable speculation that DSMB's assessment will come much earlier than Timbo's June timeframe, against pessimistic statements...such SFX-01 will never be approved for Covid/ARDS...give it a rest, you hypocrite!!!

Just a warning, don't listen to any prediction MM makes about the timing of results etc. You are much safer taking note of what timbo says who has been a shareholder for many years and is an expert in the field.

No but i've noticed how we always get a raft of negative and disruptive posts following any positive RNS from a poster who is on record that SFX-01 will never be approved for Covid/ARDS and also how you have edited your above post after accusing me of dumping my shares, as the reason the share price has dropped. Which company completes their current trials first is a complete irrelevance. What is important is that both studies are well conducted so we can have confidence in the results (which will hopefully be positive in each case).

I absolutely despair. We have just had an update this morning.....and MM says excitement is building ahead of the next one. Do you realise how ridiculous that sounds....

So I note no apology for your consistently incorrect predictions. I can dig out some more if you want.....there is a plethora!

And I repeat there is a very important point here for this apparently petty argument. MM's vastly over optimistic prediction cause false expectations which means when they announce half decent recruitment numbers, the price actually goes down. The problem is the punters who listen to people like MM were expecting the trial to be completed soon and are disappointed!

What we need is accuracy and scientific rigour! Oh and people who are willing to admit when they are wrong...

FFS was is wrong with you mate, how pathetic are you???....I've never ever stated any dates as fact, only that there was every chance that the recruitment of the first 100 patients could come sooner than you or Timbo were suggesting, which again looks like my speculation on proceedings is closer to yours...you were spitting feathers, totally incensed at my suggestion that SFX-01 could report on interim results, as I stated that it was very unlikely that they would run the trial to completion before making sure that the drug was working, rather than waste valuable time and resource in seeing the trial all the way to top line data, and you were so incensed that you repeatedly accused me of misinformation and lying...get a grip man, at least you have admitted at long last that you wrong, which i assume it must have been difficult for you...ha ha ha....Gla holders....SFX-01 isrecruiting c50 patients a month , and so every chance that DSMB assessment could happen next month....the first 58 patients are administered SFX-01 or the placebo over 14 days and then assessed for a further 29 days and so presumably a large percentage will have already completed their trial. :-)

If we assume the current average rate (which of course is likely to be lower than the current rate) continues, the 100th patient should be recruited during w/c 22nd Feb.

And I admit I was wrong about the interim analysis but that was because it wasn't on the protocol. MM was adamant there would be an end of phase II analysis of the data which is of course wrong because in fact there is a futility analysis of the whole ongoing trial. There is no separate phase II and phase III part.

And on the 23rd November he laughed at me for saying that recruitment won't happen until end of first quarter or later. Yet here we are 8 weeks in and only 18.6% of the patients are recruited. The end of the first quarter was actually far too optimistic yet MM laughed at me for being too conservative. His predictions are always completely wrong! I rest my case....

'Lol...Nobby reckons that the 300 patients for SFX-01's Covid-19 patient trials won't be recruited until end of Q1 next year or later...ha ha ha...what a ridiculous statement....200 patients were recruited to Prof Chalmers Brensocatib Covid-19 trial between 1st and 15th November and he confirmed over the weekend that the end of recruitment is close for that trial ( also 300 patients), as well as results...and so recruitment for SFX-01's trial will be rapid imho, given the surge of new cases and especially patients will be enrolled regardless of testing positive or not...and so no shortage, and recruitment is planned over 10 trial sites, and so no bottlenecks.'

Yet he was posting in December that the 100 patients must have been nearly recruited. That was completely and utterly wrong and it is time you admitted you were wrong.

I will find a few more completely wrong predictions later. Yet you are accusing other people of being wrong. Pot and black comes to mind. Apologies to everyone else but it is absolutely vital to point out to readers here that most of his predictions are appalling. For me it is counter productive because it creates false expectations and leads to the sort of price weakness we have seen.
