26/7/2024 15:42 | And whether they pick up any they like look of? | qs99
25/7/2024 17:45 | It's tomorrow that Cineworld announce the locations of the 25 UK sites they are going to close - so let's see how that impacts Everyman .... | livewireplus
25/7/2024 11:00 | Thanks sphere, hopefully with a solid H2, some of the debt can start to be repaid as well in case gearing is a concern to market… but IMO a PE house will “take a look” if market does not rate these properly…. DYOR | qs99
25/7/2024 09:56 | Yeah I think that allays fears of trading being worse than expected. It sounds like they are going to hit their numbers so I am in for a trade. There was another big block hitting the book yesterday, a delayed 1.2m print. Price has just snuck its head over 50p and it looks like decent demand in the market, post those exchanges yesterday. It might be setting up for a short term pop to lob into - well depending on your horizons. Should get another RNS shortly to see who picked those blocks up. It looks like Blue Coast, but it would be nice for longer term holders if someone else did give them a bullish hand here. Even one big buyer versus the market is tough going to get proper price momentum. But anywho, there is me two pennies worth. All imo DYOR | sphere25
25/7/2024 06:19 | Decent update IMO, confident of FY delivery so market cap and EV just look the wrong price IMO…more detail on what investment into P&L has led to a lower drop through in H1 would be good, but given openings and customer metrics this just looks oversold DYOR and views pls? Cheers QS99 | qs99
24/7/2024 15:39 | Is that Blue Coast clearing out Canaccord with that 1.3m exchange at 49p? They're the only big buyer of late. Edging very close to that 30% threshold if it is them. Cheeky cheap offer to come? Is that the plan? Load it with debt and expand or do you just sit in the market with near 30% waiting to see how trading is evolving? The chart is pants, just provides little trading opportunities now and again. Have to lob into the spikes. But let's see the end game. All imo DYOR | sphere25
16/7/2024 11:00 | Sector woes . Cineworld latest news re restructuring talks with landlords. | quepassa
03/7/2024 13:17 | Put a dummy trade through, was offering me way under the offer so obviously plenty of stock around....will need a v. good update to soak that up...DYOR | qs99
30/5/2024 16:44 | Not surprised to see the price falling when one considers the 17/4/24 RNS about the c. 500,000 of new management options GRANTED AT AN EXERCISE PRICE OF JUST 10p and which are EXERCISABLE from January 2026. But frankly when a share is trading in the mid-50p range and options are given at 10p exercisable in just c. 18 months time, one can but raise one's eye-brows. all imo. dyor. qp | quepassa
30/5/2024 12:34 | Hope you're right QS99. A new all time low today. My worry is that it gets driven down further and then taken out by PE when say 40 pence represents a hefty premium to the prevailing price.... DYOR | everton448
29/5/2024 10:38 | Just zero IR from this company to drum up support, ergo MMs just keep dropping a penny at a time to see where the buyers will return.... DYOR | qs99
29/5/2024 08:21 | Can't get any online quote to sell. You can buy as many as you want. | everton448
29/5/2024 07:34 | Market cap now less than half what it was during the pandemic. Wonder how low it will go and if bad news is coming. DYOR | everton448
28/5/2024 14:45 | Couple of pence off the all time low - wonder how low this will go? DYOR | everton448
01/5/2024 07:56 | They lease their buildings, what do they want them to do, buy them?! vast bulk of Lease liabilities are well over 5 years. they provide the sensitivities at back of results. These are long leases as well, not annually assessed! DYOR | qs99

17/4/2024 07:42 | I agree - although at this rate by the time they can exercise them they will be lucky if the options aren't underwater! | everton448
17/4/2024 07:02 | While I think management are doing well here, I think awarding 10p options and not making the targets public is v. v. poor. Why not make the options at today's share price? Smells of snouts in trough IMO.... | qs99
16/4/2024 10:40 | Good morning Not sure I agree with you, last year there were organic improvements/refurbs Maybe a broker note would help on this, anyone?! DYOR | qs99
16/4/2024 09:51 | Net debt won't be lower as they're doing 3 new openings. However that's pretty much covered by cashflow so the expansion is self financing. Agree re value being too low. I've added. | wjccghcc
16/4/2024 09:35 | EV/EBITDA historic ratio c.4.5 and so this should, with de-leveraging plans this year, fall materially IMO as net debt at c.£19m is reduced. If market won't value it correctly, a private equity firm will....DYOR | qs99
16/4/2024 07:05 | IMO what a cracking set of results, showing a nice bounce back after the writers strike....great organic growth, focus on de-leveraging, so IMO by end of this fiscal, net debt should be very materially lower, flipping value into equity which will start to show this looking v. cheap (which I think it looks now anyway to be clear!) all IMO....DYOR.... views? Cheers QS99 | qs99 |
