01/8/2019 22:24 | I could buy a few billion ecr or altn I suppose. | excellance
01/8/2019 22:00 | Ex Buy gold with your 20p share price | driver101
01/8/2019 21:58 | Driver, we are heading into a financial, economic and political crisis maybe as severe as the great depression...money really could be worthless very soon! I want economic stability before I get any cash windfall. I'd happily accept gold bars or platinum coins tho. | excellance
01/8/2019 21:43 | Ex Being bought out for 20p is ok by me. | driver101
01/8/2019 21:41 | Russ I wish you would go on holiday and take oo with you. Oops you always do anyway. Russia is nice this time of the year. | driver101
01/8/2019 21:12 | ex no a problem for me, cc having been negative recently is a great contrarian signal for a turn to the upside in September, eua on holiday now. | russiaguru
01/8/2019 21:08 | Haha 😂 There he goes again, Mr negative. I actually don't want us bought out, but it's very obvious we will be. When? how much? who by? it matters not if you're holding regardless. If you're a trader like guru you may miss out. Imagine that. | excellance
01/8/2019 20:52 | Snowman - what % of their resource was c1 | russiaguru
01/8/2019 20:21 | There maybe there is a clause that says Eua can’t put to sell till it is in full production, At that stage the production could be monetised and give a chance to sinosteel to raise money in the financial markets to buy it All speculation but it gives an idea of the wide range of possible contract clauses CS said there will be busy with the contract terms for months | book5
01/8/2019 20:18 | We don’t know the contract with sinosteel Why you don’t ask Eua? They may answer you when staff is available They may be busy .... | book5
01/8/2019 20:17 | if eua get an offer from a third party higher than SS terms.....EUA would be obliged to give contract to SS if SS match those 3rd party offer terms ? | snowman100
01/8/2019 20:12 | CC I agree with you. Specifically Anglo American insiders must know MT and WK pretty well. However it appears they are not buying via AnlgoAmerican; may be they are buying some privately, we don’t know. Anyhow if they do it is not making any impact. | book5
01/8/2019 20:09 | Could it be that the Reason there are not other interesting parts bidding is because Sinosteel has the right of first refusal? Right of first refusal (ROFR or RFR) is a contractual right that gives its holder the option to enter a business transaction with the owner of something, according to specified terms, before the owner is entitled to enter into that transaction with a third party. But we don’t know the specific terms....could they make impossible to others to bid? | book5
01/8/2019 19:37 | Surprised we haven't seen any South African interest considering the generally higher AISC and pay issues they have over there. | charles clore
01/8/2019 18:59 | The problem with all the calculations of in the ground asset values, is that the market generally won't value them unless there is a bid, either to buy a project or the whole company. The market is more interested in revenue, and that's why a whole host of junior miners are valued at a tiny fraction of the nominal value of assets in the ground. One might feel things ought to be different, especially as we are fully financed, in production at WK, and relatively close (12-18 months) at Monchetundra, but that is the current reality. If anyone was showing a clear interest in Eurasia it would appear in the share trading pattern. Not the case at present. There is always hope for the future as we get even closer to production at Monchetundra. | mostyn
01/8/2019 18:25 | That's just Monchetundra by the way!!!!!! | snowman100
01/8/2019 18:24 | As it stands (without flanks) assuming in line with price paid for Chulbatkan as last post above...... EUA 2.5 billion shares in issue.........600 million dollar buy out as it stands = 24p per share. We are sat on a 50 bagger plus !!! | snowman100
01/8/2019 18:13 | Re AB tweet.....Kinross Gold to acquire Chulbatkan gold project in Russia for £233.6m.....or 283 Million US dollars....Chulbatka Monchetundra has more resources and palladium same value as gold right now but potentially much more soon.........I reckon MT worth about 3 billion in ground now, so probably worth upwards of 400 million us dollars of anyone's money to buy right now.....probably more because they say 'Kinross Gold expects the initial capital expenditures for Chulbatkan to be $500m (£412.83m).' on . Monchetundra capital outlay less than half of that......so possibly worth 600 million us dollars to buy right now. ....and if further areas and flanks proved up.......could be much much higher !!!!!! Gentlemen....we are sat on much more than your average mine here !!!!!!!! Happpyyyy DDDDaaaayyyyssss !!!!!!!!!!! | snowman100
01/8/2019 17:20 | Pd down 6%+ now, despite "support" for its current high price. | excellance
01/8/2019 13:38 | I think the tweet message is obvious. It is trying to compare one deal with ths potential for another, and I think we are very probably in discussions with others right now, maybe even conducting due diligence, and with an NDA they don't have to tell us if it jeopardises the deal. | excellance
01/8/2019 12:37 | Well that was a real conversation stopper... cue tumbleweeds | fillupmaz |
