No nothing to do with eua. It simply demonstrates that companies are currently looking to buy development projects and this one happens to be in Russia. Could that mean that we are a target? Maybe...

That was a Spin
Nothing to do with MT
Or any other EUA project

You probably bought yesterday and already want to pump the share ;)

I’d love to have power over people to make them buy but somehow I don’t think one post will do that! I haven’t sold any for a few years and am here until the share price represents the project, for me much higher than currently.

Quoting from the article posted by AB, not what was written by AB. Definitely a different project. Click on the article and read you’ll see the quote.

No conspiracy, unfortunately.

I do like a conspiracy theory.

You have misquoted AB

you refer to a different project. It seems you are trying to mislead investors to buy so you can sell?
Or you are trying to upset people

Please explain , this is probably illegal

AB increasing speculation that either WK or MT are getting ready to be sold.

"Chulbatkan is an exciting, high-quality development project with significant upside potential and low relative execution risk, located in a country where we have had extensive experience and success, and maintain a strategic and competitive operating advantage," president and CEO J. Paul Rollinson said.

This is a gold mine in development... We have Pt and Pd with Au and base metals already being mined and in development. Maybe we don't have to wait till MT is in production before a suitor is found???

driver - I agree that is a most likely scenario.

my interpretation:

the ratio they want to validate works something like:
- they explore a virgen site by core drilling, at xxx,0 meter centres among drilling cores.
They average the grades within the core samples , Say 0.2gr/cubic meter
- they mine the whole site for a year and they obtain an average recovered grade of 0.8gr/cubic meter
- they divide both grades=0.8/0.2=4 which is the multiplying nugget factor(ratio).

I think this is what the authorities and company are trying to agree on:

-what is the multiplying nugget ratio( ratio).

I am not sure how they propose to name this factor, (the above is how I named it) and for that they need years of production. Hopefully with last year and this year ones will be sufficient. But to me two data is not statistically significant, however The company seems to believe that authorities will probably agree.

Objectives:
- approve cheap method of exploration : drilling core alone (without need for trenching).
-increase reserves definition (a core each x square meters) , with realistic grades (by making use of the agreed nugget factor).

This would allow also to sell a section of WK at better price , or raise finance / reduce uncertainty for mining site ourselves

This the real value to be created.

Here's my theory, for what it's worth (3rd June RNS)

"it was decided to commence mining and to stockpile the ore. It is intended that the ore stockpile be maintained at the washplant site. THIS ORE HAS BEEN AND WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY SAMPLED DURING EXCAVATION to confirm the grades and acts as a buffer to ensure continuous feedstock for the onsite washplant"

The necessary data correlating "sampling" to actual production is being continuously monitored ... No need to wait for end of season to have an accurate picture

At least I hope not! - I hope we have one now!

Seasonal average? How did they not know they would have to mine for a further full season when there has been so much talk of the second washplant this year?

Seasonal average grade is what authorities are looking for
So I believe, they will not accept the procedure till we have at least this full year production

I think grades are likely to vary literally from day to day.

We are awaiting the sitting of Russian authorities to approve upgrade so we can mobilise WP2 immediately. We can't really announce anything until this point is concluded.

Good point ex.

I've got a gut feeling that early results were so much improved with steady max flow and increased efficiency ....and maybe even richer than expected ore.....that they could hardly believe it and hence the long run while they make sure it is not just a very localised rich vein that they happened to start with.

Well.....it's possible....and everyone has to have a dream !!!

Imho It does not matter much this year production
What it matters is :
- the recoverable grade
- next year we have at least 2 washer plants
- existing aggressive and cheap procedure to approve the increase of grade is validated with this year production , and without the need for a third year of production
-25 km sq of reserves are upgraded
This will open the future to massive increase of production, and selling the 25sq km

We started ths season with 30,000 m3 of material to process, and that should contain about 50kg of pgm,

Last year we stated earlier and ramped up to full production.

This year we started later but jumped straight into full production.

I have no doubt that this season will be significantly more productive.

at Dublin presentation we were told that there would be a second wash plant this year
we were also told that it was such a simple operation that they would most likely would do it themselves and not need to engage a contractor

More washer plants mean we will not need to place new shares
It Also means that instead of asking for a placing, we could ask for a short term loan which we could pay back with the income of multiple washer plants

Whether or not we decide to run a washer plant ourselves is a different issue

If it proved profitable to run multiple washplants I don't think it would be unreasonable to assume that we might undertake the whole thing ourselves.
