If you want to wait, allow all the risk to be removed, then make your move, do you think you'll get a buy price of 0.47p?

Not exactly but I would estimate roughly £21000 x 30/100 x 165 less 3% processing costs.

Do we know the revenue from 165 KGs was?

AB - Did they not sell a stake in WK, was that the 300k?

I don't recall anything like that. There is nothing stated in the accounts.

There was income from f/x sources that add up to just over £320k, Is that what you are referring to?

The £300k I stated is just the net difference between Sales and Cost of Sales.

almost everyone here has an agenda, or they wouldn't be bothered to post at all: to embellish or tarnish elusive facts is natural when there is a shortage of news. I am staying put yet look forward to reading many more intelligent 'clean' posts.

All IMO is going to happen around the same time WK update multi wash plants will be announced the $50m will be released and MT will be on the horizon this share price will be history and the company transformed. Get the party started.

For now back to work.

Zhockey: They were actually cash positive last year to the tune of around £300k. Given that WK was the only source of income, it's safe to assume that this was all down to production there.

The reason for the large loss is hidden away in Note 9 from the accounts. See below...

Impairment of investments (450,936)
Loss on debt settlement (60,405)
Net foreign exchange loss (903,427)

I did ask the company for clarification on what "investment" they lost £450k on and why the f/x impact was so huge. I don't think I ever got a reply...

Ek,

If they can't make a living out of $12M (CCs figure) then what's it going take?

I don't find having a pop at a poster useful. Positive or negative regarding specifics on the company is fine. Language like 'troll' is actually noise. In politics, if you can't argue the case, character assassinate the person.

Frankly, I have a tendency to filter the oxygen thieves that post about posts.

WK is mainly platinum and that's up significantly up in price this year. That's fantastic for the sub contractor as their profit margin is geared. It's good news for EUA but EUA is not geared on PT price, but will still get a boost due to it's own costs.

The margin has improved from 30% to 35%.

The wash circuit has been improved to also capture palladium. For the same amount of work, we should capture a lot more.

Dmitry has posted strong hints at higher recovery. I also get the impression there was insufficient stock piles last year and processing suffered some stoppages. Material was stock piled prior to processing this year. In addition to less stoppages, there is an addition shift running.

On the down side, historic performance is a life style company, paying the directors in money and shares, and raising funds from market for 20+ years. The idea that directors hold lots of shares is irrelevant in this respect. In fact, the scam would require the directors to have a controlling interest whilst continually issuing new shares. Nothing short of great results, possibly a dividend or share buy back would prove to the market this is anything other than that. In short, the market will trash the price. 'Show me the money' is the only thing that will change this.

EUA is also suspiciously quite. A product update would have been helpful. That said, I don't expect one next week either.

zh - I agree absolutely that trust (and patience) is essential if you invest in stocks like this. While we wait for full production we can at least see the company's assets (Pd, Pt, Au etc.) increasing in value.
