IMHO. the board and MM arnt going to suspend. They want more panic sellers to enable them to sell so more up for grabs so when RNS or sale info is out they will grab large profit. Best option is to load now and hold. Many are at high loss already from the 7p drop so lots of scope to break even.

Why? Its to do with filing accounts and aim rules. Multiple other companies in the same position. The company hasnt lost all its assets, they still exist

They are not suspending themselves. They are issuing a statement to say that because they can't file an annual report within the AIM timeframe they will automatically be suspended from trading on AIM.So, each AIM company needs to file an AR within 6 months of year end (31-12-2023). So thats 30-06-2024 - right?The company have said they need more time to complete the official audit of accounts to do so. They reckon that will take another 4 weeks to complete that due to problems accounting for the black sand, as they say.So I reckon accts filed in 4 weeks, suspension lifted and hopefully news on the sale by then. Just my thoughts on it...

IT always does the opposite of the big boy. I bought at 1.5p, and IT was shorting on the bid side at 1.1p.

I sell in the spike, and IT buys my shares.

This is not coming out of suspension; administration is next.

Just a thought and reading between the lines there is no way that the accounts could not be prepared on time as the company has been semi dormant recently. The directors have little else to do at the moment so my guess is that the company has been sold and they need a little more time to complete the paperwork.
We should find out shortly.
