EUA's finals are due soon. Last year they were published at the absolutely last moment possible - the morning of Mon 3rd July 2023. There's a similar opportunity for the publication date to be pushed right to the limit this year and not come out until Monday 1st July 2024.

We know that the mine hasn't been operating and hence the results will be absolutely awful once again (as opposed to the just "awful" that they've been in other years when the mine was operating). The results should show:

* negligible revenue
* material P&L losses
* material cash burn
* weak balance sheet, net assets probably under £20m

And yet at 2.3p this is all valued at £66m! If the share price dropped to 1p this would still look expensive!

At some stage MM`s will have NO OPTION other than to raise EUA price on NOTHING.

Some strange comments re; Company statement on Asset sale.

The Queeld case involves a huge Tranche of Shares, should Queeld succeed in its case, and EUA had in meantime DISPOSED OF ASSET`s, the buyer of EUA asset`s would face Extreme Legal actions from a MAJOR HOLDER, Queeld.

EUA are being AMBIGUOUS in their claim, "Queeld case has no bearing on Discussions regarding sale of EUA ASSETS", indeed that statement is 100% correct.
The unmentioned CAVEAT??? "It will of course impact the matter of Due Diligence, which the buyer is unable to confirm, until the Queeld case reaches a Conclusion"

Therefore, Whilst the sale has been agreed, the buyer is unable to make further progress until the Court case ends. SEE LINK BELOW.

First of all the assets are separate to the company shares understand that. It makes no difference to the buyers, they are not buying the company shares they are buying assets held in subs.
The court case was ajourned until October due to the defendant getting rid of his solicitor and wanting to defend himself they have given him time to gather evidence.

Queeld Mispare case is in fact Settled. The last Activity is recorded as
FRIDAY 21/06/24.

I can find no details in Court records. Probably safe to assume an RNS, Monday or Tuesday 24/25 June outlining full facts.

Hopefully that is the End of any Delays to a Sale of Asset`s.

Queeld case has been seen to be, "Without Foundation" and likely to be thrown out, with No appeal. say observers.

Official Confirmation is NOT available Trades could be a good indicator.

EUA hold an unhealthy amount of shares. If any corrupt board of any Company held such an overwhelming number of the company shares, Price Manipulation of the DOWNWARD VARIETY WOULD BE VERY SIMPLE. Couple of Million sold at a loss would not need to be Notified BUT Would drop the price SIGNIFICANTLY.

EUA AGM Will be late this year. WHY? Simple really.


CS Constantly stresses that the Queeld case has no impact on asset sale?? an AMBIGUOUS NONSENSE.
CS & NOMAD are being extremely Economical with the truth Queeld case will have NO IMPACT on 99% of Asset sale, but will have 100% IMPACT on the DUE DILIGENCE aspect of the BUYERS Confidence.
No sale could ever go through of ANY Company involved, even at arms length, involved in a High Court case over such a large Tranche of the SELLERS SHARES.

Whoever the Asset buyer is, will on completion sign a Document confirming DUE DILLIGENCE WAS CARRIED OUT AND THE BUYER IS UNDER NO PRESSURE TO COMPLETE.

Mike Lynch of Autonomous was cleared in USA Court, V`s HP, on that very point.


AGM will include the Queeld result and give further clarity on the asset sale is my view when the AGM Finally arrives. CS was apoplectic when he lost control of the share price, that is the Nature of the MAN Control Freak.

CS will regain Control and ensure the source of any leaks is in Future SILENCED

the only dark cloud? Queeld, that will be resolved within hours.

At the moment eua is a traders share and will remain so for now. Today's rise may be gone tomorrow unless we get an rns. As mentioned the mms may well be short on their books their intention will therefore be to crash the price on light selling to balance up. Let's see.

EUA BOD have effectively lost control of the Share price due to their INCOMPETENCE and an inept NOMAD.

Last week BUYS outstripped Sells by a considerable margin. Same again Today.

That is a sad reflection of the complete failings of a weak BOD.

An immediate, Truthful, all encompassing RNS must now be posted.

Or the RUMOUR MILL will remain in control, which does nobody any favours.
