Can't see the ratio of buys to sells as I only check in on a mobile . But there's a bloody long blue line thicker than the red one. And yet the do only goes down . Something is fixed . And I sure know SFA about trading

I predicted 25p when the ramp pump and dump darkside thread boasted £1 within days and yet again here we are.

Can see this falling to 20p'''' what's stopping it whilst the management do the following:

"....some people on here have called it horribly wrong."

Well I hope for your sake BoB its me and not you because if you have got it wrong and there is no FSP then on the day that becomes clear the share price will unravel faster you can imagine.

A BoD engaged with CITIC VTB UBS DLA Piper and now have the Japanese on board, I know where my faith lies and it has since well under 1p and will continue to do so until the conclusion to what has been a fantastic journey.
No amount of BS can hide the fact....some people on here have called it horribly wrong.

Eurasia doesn't have a JORC and hasn't published in full any detailed (PFS, DFS, BFS) feasibility studies. No western bank would touch them without an independently verified feasibility study.

Good luck with the remaining portion of your investment. A bird in the hand......

Thanks for your response. With raising Western finance the need for Russian only classification is done by having subsidiaries in Russia, Lux and other locations.

If you look at past raisings by Norslik, Polyus, Polymetal you'll find the usual swiss, german and US banks alongside VTB and other russian banks. I used to be an analyst in this area ( though not in mining sector).

Now self employed in a personal tax planning role and things may have changed, but the recent Norilsk loan increment was led by VTB, CS and DB. I don't believe any of their mines have western resource classifications. ( I could be wrong)

I have read the document you provided thanks

Your Elephant comment is real. I too was going to get out at high 30s as that was close to my top end expectations but got greedy. Now with Kola announcement I'm going to give it a while and see what happens.

Purchaseatthetop, With all due respect I've been invested here from 3p and I'm very happy with my investment and the research I've conducted on Eurasia Mining. I will continue to buy not only EUA but any share that's oversold if the opportunity arises.

I never implied you dont know what a rights issue is. You wanted to know where a rights issue was mentioned. I posted the section from the notice of the EGM which mentioned the possibility of a rights issue

Underhill. I know what a rights issue is. But I don't see where the board allude to it . Btw. I'm of a certain age when Alzheimer's kicks in lol

the allotment of equity securities in connection with an offer by way of a rights issue to the holders of ordinary shares in proportion (as nearly as may be practicable) to their respective holdings and to holders of other equity securities as required by the rights of those securities or as the Board otherwise consider necessary, but subject to such exclusions or other arrangements as the Board may deem necessary or expedient in relation to treasury shares, fractional entitlements, record dates, legal or practical problems in or under the laws of any territory or the requirements of any regulatory body or stock exchange; andb) the allotment (otherwise than pursuant to paragraph (a) above) of equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £250,000.

The below is taken from the attached DropBox link.

"The key advantage of an FSP is that a target can seek dispensations from the following Code rules:-

• the requirement to identify publicly all bidders who approach a target about a possible offer;

And

"These dispensations are not automatic and so the Panel must be consulted when the dispensations are sought."

Where has a rights issue been mentioned ? Surely if that was the case the share price would be going up .Would be going down for a placing
