29/4/2021 08:48 | Ok my bad , but nevertheless EUA entered into a FSP to come out of suspension and keep a lid on leaks. FSP generally are not very successful, but the direction of travel with EUA has been good Time will tell and we'll get to know soon | sanj1410
29/4/2021 08:45 | A few small players leaving this morning. Probably can't raise a few pounds if there was a rights issue soon. | dr darkstar
29/4/2021 08:24 | Deramping idiot | underhill2
29/4/2021 08:23 | Dear Sanj1410, Sorry but the dispensations given to Eurasia Mining under the FSP were entirely standard. See below. Alternatively, if you have counterexamples, please feel free to post, until then, you should take it that TheMadStork is correct in this analysis. Best of the Best, 17 June 2020 "The Takeover Panel has granted a dispensation from the requirements of Rules 2.4(a), 2.4(b) and 2.6(a) of the Code such that any interested party participating in the process will not be required to be publicly identified" Renishaw, 02 March 2021: "The Takeover Panel has granted a dispensation from the requirements of Rules 2.4(a), 2.4(b) and 2.6(a) of the Code such that any interested party participating in the formal sale process will not be required to be publicly identified" Audioboom, 19th Feb 2020 "the Takeover Panel has granted a dispensation from the requirements of Rules 2.4(a), 2.4(b) and 2.6(a) of the Code such that any interested party participating in the formal sale process will not be required to be publicly identified" Asagi (short EUA) | asagi
29/4/2021 08:05 | No ramped RNS today boasted by the ramp pump and dump only Darkside thread? Surprise surprise; gonna take my dog for a walk; that often gets a stupid giggle. | fizzmiss
28/4/2021 22:18 | Sorry, I can't find any presentation from PDAC from EUA, just one posted on the company website from September 2020, which was six months after the event you reference. | broxburn68
28/4/2021 22:04 | Google it. There are many references to it.It is in the Company presentation, mentioned in RNSs, it is on the PDAC website, on the Russia Federal agency site and here is a link on the Eurasia Mining Twitter feed. https://twitter.com/ | vimster
28/4/2021 21:57 | Vimster Is there a link you can provide for the representation/ presentation EUA made at the conference by any chance? Can you provide any detail on their input? | broxburn68
28/4/2021 21:52 | "Reasoned statement of facts"You're kidding, right? | upthepool
28/4/2021 21:24 | The FA is not a government agency for a start!!EUA along side NN represented Russia through the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russia Federation. | vimster
28/4/2021 21:00 | Perhaps you could enlighten us Underhill2 as to what your involvement was in the 20 billion takeover, if you have any more words in your vocabulary. | ohojim
28/4/2021 20:43 | Nice one Vimster. Single handedly blowing away the rubbish these derampers are spewing out. | mgellie
28/4/2021 20:19 | The only reason I am intrigued is that I can not reconcile the kind of person who would post the following: Underhill226 Mar '21 - 14:41 - 62030 of 63216 0 0 0 I was involved in a large deal10 years ago when due diligence took 18 months in a 20 billion takeover. ...and yet every day, this same person posts "deramping idiot" in response to any reasoned statement of facts by non believers in the miracle that is EUA. Makes one wonder what exactly their involvement was. | ohojim
28/4/2021 20:04 | Oho, Underhill only has a vocabulary of two words, what more can you expect from an infant. Fortunately he had put me on ignore so can't see this(albeit in reality reads every post so he can say "deramping idiot" 🔴🔴 | smraynot
28/4/2021 20:01 | Its getting hot out on the tundra. Time to get digging. Come on lads, one final heave! | stevebrrr
28/4/2021 19:43 | Again that is not correct. The Federal Agency select a number of Companies to represent Russia. In 2020 it was about 10 including EUA and NN. | vimster
28/4/2021 19:14 | From the Company presentation:ROSNEDR | vimster
28/4/2021 18:50 | What on earth are you talking about? "at the invitation of" does not mean "representing". If Luton Town FC attend an international football conference at the invitation of the FA, along with every other club in the Football League, that does not mean that the FA has asked Luton Town to represent English Football (except in the broadest possible sense). | themadstork
28/4/2021 18:47 | Fair dos. Are you from a mining background? I seem to remember you from AMC back in the day when it was pumped. | vimster
28/4/2021 18:42 | Yes they were. A Russian Federal Agency is a department of The Russian Government. It is the equivalent of a business in the UK being asked to represent the Environment Agency for example. It is an official Government department - so yes they were representing the Russian Government. | vimster
28/4/2021 18:29 | "Eurasia participated at PDAC 2020 at the invitation of ROSNEDRA (Russian federal agency for subsoil management) together with Russian Mineral Industry professionals and majors." So they were in no way "representing the Russian government", then. | themadstork |
