I'm happy with AJBell in this, I did email them using the secure messaging on their app and it was quickly set up and available in the corporate actions section. I had to tick the boxes and submit for each account, but painless and didn't need to phone up.

Very good for a cheap and cheerful brokerage only service.

Halifax - had to ring them. No live chat available and as its an EGM they said they don't send notices. Will have to take their word for that.

Anybody having account with EQi?No voting possible as they haven't been notified about the corp action ...The agent on the phone told me that EUA should have notified them which I'm not sure is correct.Not sure how to vote ....

The problem was not that people voted against, but simply not sufficient votes. They need total share holders votes. It is essential to pass!

ex, they need more than 50%, not sure how much 66% or 75%. During the last EGM it failed.
