Don't trawl RNS,s if you know the words or phrases you,re wanting to look up. Google monster will return your goodies. To get wizzy, look up Boolean search criteria: if, then, else protocols. That will help you hone in on things in less time. Worth the initial hurdle of learning if you're not already familiar with it. That said - you probably are .. :-)

As per the announcement released by the Company on 1 July 2020, the Board has appointed UBS Investment Bank ("UBS") as its leading adviser to assist in a review of its strategic options including asset sales or a sale of the Company. For more details please refer to the RNS released on 1 July 2020.In summary, the Company now has success fee based engagement letters signed with UBS and CITIC Merchant, and Eurasia's relationship with VTB Capital continues to be as previously announced on 25 November 2019.

I have been looking back through the RNS's and tried to find where it said that UBS was working on a success only fee which unless I am mistaken has been mentioned on this board? Can anyone point me to this announcement?

Dr Dark Star....that did not close up. The UT was an aberration.

True mid price is 25.75 (down 0.75) will correct first thing tomorrow.

Anyway...lets see at the end of the week. I hold fast to my belief and think I will be proven correct - but time will tell!

EUA “up for grabs”. The big leaders in production of EV battery materials are joining the big miners.

If you haven’t noticed there is a significant development that global leaders in the production of EV battery materials are moving upstream in the supply chain to secure supply of battery materials through M&A’s/JV’s. So far, these acquisitions in part or whole have predominately involved copper-cobalt, lithium, & nickel mines.

All these metals copper, lithium, nickel & platinum/palladium will likely continue to be a very important component of EV batteries over the long-term.

Add to the mix “Diesel Scandal”, “Trade Wars”, “Hydrogen̶1;, “South Africa Issues”, “Scarcity̶1; & future prices of Platinum/Palladium set to rise to $2,400/$5,300 (2025) & $3,700/$8,700 (2030) respectively.

Then it’s not hard to imagine other conglomerates are set to follow in the footsteps of Tesla & Mitsubishi. “Tesla has agreed to purchase nickel from the Goro nickel mine in New Caledonia following the sale of the asset by Vale.” “Mitsubishi has marked its debut investment in the mining of bauxite (used for aluminium production) by agreeing to acquire a 30% stake in Glencore’s Aurukun Bauxite Project in Australia.”

What we waiting for... West Kytlim license referred to as the West Kytlim Flanks, a final award of the license is expected soon. It’s also fair to say the gradual phase out of lockdowns in the northern hemisphere over the months to come will unleash a wave of pent up M&A activity across the mining sector. Ross Allister, corporate finance director at UK investment Bank Peel Hunt, said he expected to see a “backlog”; of deals to follow.

It’s worth noting there have been no recent M&A’s involving Platinum/Palladium mines, in fact the biggest acquisitions completed in recent years, based on deal value, have been for aluminium, copper, gold & nickel mines.

Don’t lose sight EUA is establishing a dominant position and a first-time mover advantage in Kola PGM and described by many as “The Last Non-consolidated Palladium Play”. Has a finite resource with an ever growing demand which will spiral prices way and beyond today’s prices.

How do you value EUA? It’s a monster…. Who will get a slice? The Big Miners and/or the big leaders in production of EV battery materials.

Completely agree with this... No reasonable debate or comments provided, just litters the board with antagonistic and unhelpful comments. Have also filtered for the second time.
