I have not been alerted by IG that I have a corporate action re the EUA EGM voting....I presume I need to download and complete the proxy form and send off to Leeds in that case. Anyone confirm this?

ADVFN buy sell info is highly suspect. Always has been.

with ISA transfers the broker may ask what price you want the deal to go thru at, bid or ask, and they will usually only apply a nominal spread, so these trades can be either both recorded as buy or both as sells.

I can't believe the takeover panel is allowing them to use this record-setting farce of a 'sales process' to keep the valuation inflated so that they can raise yet more cash. Put Up Or Shut Up before any placing IMO otherwise any placees could have a case for being sold shares under false pretences if and when it comes out that the board knew full well that the FSP has had essentially zero chance of success since the beginning.

My broker sold my EUA shares and re-bought immediately into my share dealing ISA. When I looked on ADVFN share trades they were both showing as sells rather than one sell and one buy. I'm not sure if I can trust what is showing on the buys and sells now. Is this normal?

Very good read and just show with all the moving parts why the FSP is going to take long.Even the recent announcements have moved the goalposts.Target remains to ensure the best value for shareholders not the quickest sale.I've topped up this week knowing that we are sat on huge reserves.
