I did warn people that a firm capable of raising 85ks twice wasn't the type of thing to put one's life savings in.The RNS says there was not exactly an agreement to work with the banks they earlier implied were on board. Run for the hills newbies. Not for widows and orphans

Yes and no.



What excellance said above (only few may have noticed its huge importance, in my opinion) is absolutely interesting:

they had no reason and ABOVE ALL no obligation to post today's RNS.

WHY DID THEY DO IT?
WHY THE INTERVIEW IS BEING HELD?

one thing is FOR SURE: SOMEBODY wanted the price to drop.

Normally if you want to MISLEAD somebody and make them drawing a conclusion about something but your OBJECTIVE is the OPPOSITE, you would act accordingly.

This drop in share price shows that many thought that there was something bad.
THE FACT IS THAT NOT ONLY NOTHING HAS CHANGED, BUT THEY TOLD US THE DISCUSSION IS PROGRESSING!!

But the RNS was pointless and as said the remarkable thing of it was not the content but the mere fact it was published, a totally unnecessary act. Again, why did they feel the need to do it?

The main result is that somebody has been able to buy at a great discount. Not just us but some big institution maybe?

I would have thought that the interview contains DS stating EUA and those banks have not agreed a fee structure. Whilst the 24th October RNS stated as much, it probably needed reiterating as far as the nomad was concerned.

Should the fall occur on release of the interview, it would look far worse. Hopefully, this has got the no news out the way so all the other positive points in the interview can shine.

On the other hand, it takes a while for the news to filter round, so this may make a change in the trend.

For those that are in to the conclusion of the M&A this RNS is totally irrelevant, just another non-event. Little has changed since the 24th, talks continue on a no sale no fee. They'll only know the scale of the fee once they have an idea of the scale of any potential sale. Talks ongoing between both banks and whomever else, nothing has changed in my book.

AGAIN, phone the guy, he was incredibly nice and positive.
I simply asked if the interview was still happening.

Try for yourselves if you do not believe what I will say here below.
To me what is happening is very very interesting, I have the strange feeling that we are VERY CLOSE TO SOMETHING GREAT. BUT THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, BECAUSE, YOU GUESSED IT ...WTFDIK!!


I spent about 5 minutes with him.
He said they tried to email the company to have the interview released and had no reply yet.

I asked: Why did you say in your tweet it has been an excellent interview?

reply:It really was, it was a lengthy interview, in great detail.

I said we were eager to listen to the interview after the drop in the price post RNS.
I asked: did you feel the overall tone of D.S.'s answers was positive?

Yes it was, as said, he went into great detail at length.

Me again: has he maybe said anything sensitive?
Reply: they have always the final control on the editing that must be approved by the nomad, so, if there was they can have it edited out.

I did not need to ask anything else because he was very patient and friendly, no need to overdo it. I thanked and said good bye.

My feeling is that the only reasons for them not giving the green light (NOMAD's ok) is only a sign that things are moving fast and Dmitry might have said something that maybe now is OBSOLETE!!! I.E. things could have matured very rapidly.

Amazing coincidence, as this RNS appeared, a very positive one appeared elsewhere (I hold both) I think short termers might just have rushed off elsewhere, as much as ditching EUA in a panic. GLA

I topped up too but was a bit slow coming back from lunch.Was offered 3.2 hesitated for a while then I refreshed and got offered 3.4 ... I went for itNothing has changed. I have said many times it will take a while to get it sorted - 6 months is my guess.There will be plenty days like this. Be prepared they want your shares ....
