Whatever the current situation value will be unlocked.

That will either be through a sale or production with a third party.

With Palladium trading at $1,800 per oz the assets are too big to ignore.

It might take a while yet but my longer term target is still 20p.

The facts are ;1) We know the value in the company 2) When the news breaks the share price will jump to 5p - 5.5p in an instant.

What about this reason for the RNS:Let's assume EUA and the banks wanted to formalise their business engagement and fees but the bankswere too greedy. EUA might want to explore other banks or a sale facilitator and wanted to let them know that they have not committed to the banks and still can go for a different partner.

charlesjames1,

Re: your 36696

If this will be the case with Eurasia it was totally unnecessary to release yesterday's RNS. They would have done better to explain the way their relationship with the investment banks is planned to work.

So Russia. Here’s a good analogy from last year. I was approached by a middle man (finance company) and they stated that they had someone interested in my business. I sat and listened to them. I then said, go away and come back with some figures and then we can have a further chat.

Not once did we sign an agreement. They simply went away and came back a month or so later with an offer from the another business. We went back and forth and I eventually sold it. I never paid the middle company a penny and I assume they took their cut from the buyer.

That’s how it works.

for me the fact that a shrewd investor and businessman like Dmitry Sushckov has millions invested in EUA at FIVE PENCE is enough not to do stupid things like selling.

russ - you still dont get it do you. The banks will only sign an agreement if EUA wants one. I bet you thought the banks were in control, lol.

russiaguru, you successfully traded EUA a few times when it was around 0.5p and I was impressed as you always called right. But when the big share price rise happened you sold a way too early and missed out.As you know EUA well and you are aware of its assets you would like to get in lower - hence your statement after "being away".I liked your posts as they were also critical and balanced but it was always obvious whether you are in or out.GL

In fairness I don’t believe the company advertised the interview. It was sharetalk trying to drum up business and it backfired.

PennStreet,

It may consolidate for a while. Yesterday's RNS was meant to be a clarification but didn't clarify anything that wasn't already known. They also look to have shot themselves in the foot with the interview which hasn't been released yet. Even if it is now released, there has been no explanation for the delay. At the very least poor PR. Not a good idea to set expectations and then leave investors hanging, whatever the reason. The RNS and missing interview have slightly soured sentiment, and at present this is very much sentiment driven in the absence of hard news.

we have completely forgot EUA has recently hired a Russian consultant ex manager at Norilsk Nickel (which if you have followed the Abramovich story and "our" bank VTB involvement with it you may be forgiven to think that Norilsk is the strongest candidate bidder for our asset). This guy Alexander Vasilievich Sushchev has accepted to work not for money but for shares!!!

Why do you hire a consultant with such a CV and why does he accept shares instead of a fee?

COME ON GUYS!!!!! THE DEAL IS BEHIND THE CORNER!!!!!!!!

DYO(F)R BECAUSE WTFDIK

Strategic Advisor appointment:

Eurasia is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexander Vasilievich Sushchev (PhD in metallurgy) as strategic adviser to the Board. Alexander is a former Chief Executive Officer of SMCM (molybdenum and rhenium metals producer, that he helped sell to a company affiliated with Rusal) as well as former manager of Norilsk Nickel, the world's largest palladium producer. Alexander will be working closely with the Directors of Eurasia, Mr Alexei Churakov as well as with the banks as the Company is working on a potential disposal of the Company's assets as announced on 24 October 2019. There can, however, be no guarantee that any transaction will occur.

Alexander will not receive a salary for his role. However, it is noted that Alexander will receive 10% share in Deloan Investments Limited ("Deloan"), a Company owned and controlled by Dmitry Suschov (Director of the Company), which holds a 10.42% interest in the Company. This will help avoid the dilution of the shareholders and will allow the right success oriented motivation of Alexander.

Following this transfer, holdings in Deloan reflect the following:

Dmitry Suschov holds 64.528% of Deloan and accordingly has 6.72% indirect interest in Eurasia through Deloan and with his additional direct holding of 190,270,430 ordinary shares has a 13.92% interest in Eurasia;

Alexei Churakov holds 25.472% of Deloan and accordingly has 2.65% indirect interest in Eurasia through Deloan and with his additional holding of 39,682,774 ordinary shares has a 4.16% interest in Eurasia; and

Alexander Vasilievich Sushchev holds 10% of Deloan and accordingly has an interest of 1.04% indirectly in Eurasia.

Alexander received his PhD degree in metallurgy from Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies named after Lomonosov.

And do you pair realise that to get a ML like EUA have on MT they get their reserves verified to JORC eqv by the Russian authorities. As well as having to supply a DFS. I guess that's why after several years of due diligence Sinosteel came forward with a $176m EPC. These two large banks then approached due to the fact they they have 2m Oz of Pd eqv and the fact that the price is now $1800/Oz. They only get paid if one of those banks brings a worthy deal to EUA!

Book,

Commiserations, you sold here circa 1p to put money in KAV and still no VMS there. Ah well the risk of explorers eh? Norilsk style VMS discoveries? Well I guess the 2.2m Oz eqv of inferred (also Russian classified) on the flanks would be an interesting long term drill target to whomever owns MT at that time. So just to clarify for you, 2m Oz JORC eqv reserves at MT, 2mOz plus inferred on the flanks. Resource potential up to 15m Oz also on the flanks and both pits open along strike and at depth. That's the way to do it. Not bothering to mention the significant byproduct credits of Ni and Cu too!

Regards,
Ed.

If you added all the brain cells together of half the people on here I think we'd be lucky to make a plant!! I just reread (for the umpteenth time to make 100% certain) the 24th Oct RNS. It's virtually identical! That one said "....prior to signing their engagement letters" and reiterated working on "success fee basis" and "no guarantee of any transaction". Nothing in yesterday's RNS changed that, yet 25% has been knocked of co's. mkt cap??!! It's beyond belief that people are so lacking in even basic reading skills that they would capitulate so easily!! They also obviously can't add up. If you totally disregard the potential sale & just look at the current (non flanks) assets and compare today's Pd price to last valuation 13 months ago, then the base case is easily in the 7p range. So sellers are effectively giving away shares at 3p which are worth on any analysis at least 100% higher! Answer = No patience. No research. No analysis. No intellect. No idea what they're doing!!
