So, say we want a billion dollars, but the bank wants a 5% cut, so our buyer says ok here's a billion but we ain't paying your banks, but hold on, that isn't the arrangement, we ain't paying them out of our cut, we still want a billion, and we ain't selling otherwise, look at the wording, NO FEES

No go away and don't come back without our full asking price.

Read the rns, who is the message for?
What is it saying?

It appears that maybe the banks have a deal on offer, but want Eurasia to pay their costs, and we are reminding them that we never agreed that, so costs must come from the buyer and we want our full ask, no discount, no costs, so go away and have a chat with yourself

Banks have already started (even prior to signing their respective engagement letters) assisting the Company with strategic options for its current mining assets (the Company's Kola and Urals assets (the "Assets")), including assessing the proposals set out in the announcement on 15 September 2019.

At this time, however, there can be no guarantee that any transaction will occur and/or that the Assets will be sold.

The Banks have agreed to work on a success fee basis

continues to progress its conversations with the banks as they continue to explore possible strategic options for the Company's current mining assets (the Company's Kola and Urals assets (the "Assets")).

Trouble is. People come here and expect EUA to make them an overnight millionaire. Same thing as last time, people hung to the idea that the interview was going to announce a super deal. When it didn't they all jumped ship and the lemmings went with them. Do your research and you'll know the fundamentals are here and EUA could make a decent return for serious investors and not the deluded get rich quick crew. Do your reading and make a choice. You have a second chance at a decent price. Dyor

The RNS is titled "Clarification of Understanding with CITIC & VTB Capital"

One could argue that they haven't clarified anything, as nothing has changed from the initial RNS. The thing that needs clarifying is what they have been doing for the last 5 weeks.
