That’s an RNS. They have told you.

There is no need for a purchase order. It is a simple call off contract. Previously large advance orders have been RNSd and then the chips delivered over the next year with revenue recognised when the chips were delivered. Ethernity I think are simply supplying each month as per Tarana needs. There is no requirement for an RNS.

Tarana are everywhere now. They have too many events to list them now.



Believe if you wish that Tarana have contracted. I think otherwise. Tarana are silently supporting Ethernity but saying say nothing.

Just copying your example - I bought a pair of £5 pants at Next and even with my daughters 15% from being a marketing exec at nectar £5k at sainsburys. Providing a list of countries is completely irrelevant on its own as a data set.As usual you simply don't have the variables to make assumptions with any degree of accuracy. Before the last order (which we can clearly see now was Tarana both attempting to help ENET cash flow and protecting their own position as DL clearly told them he was in the s### with inside information before he told the market) we hadn't a clue what their current stock holding was. We still don't have any certainty on the price per unit, whether this is fixed or variable based on volume and a look through agreement on chip margin and whether there is any support fees.All we do know is there hasn't been a tarana order this year as it is an RNS.

This is a credible theory the more so given further increased tensions between Israel and Iran. Unfortunately AIM stocks rely on news to drive PI sentiment. If there is no direct news about Tarana orders then the share price will drop further putting further pressure on the conversion price.

The announcement of increased revenue alone will not be sufficient to restore confidence and reverse the falling share price.

Skid. Don’t be silly. Nothing to do with your shopping! It is to do with how many base units are being shipped. That’s all.

In each half they averaged this revenue per month
H2 21 $120k
H1 22 $65k (components crisis)
H2 22 $200k
H1 23 $100k (excluding $1.5m order)
We don’t know beyond that as the $1.5m order warps the data

Given that Tarana are growing hugely and all over the world, snd now covering entire cities and countries with the new 6Ghz units released Oct 23, my point is how on earth is monthly revenue down to $100k a month which it would have to be for the $1.5m to be unburned?

Of course I don’t know but it suggests that this is not the case.

Enet have Done nothing for them since November last year..
A programmer who works for Enet told me that months ago.
There's no new orders or ongoing agreement with Tarana.
I can't understand why anyone thinks there is ??
The company hasn't said it still does any business with Tarana has it ?!

Assumptions on run rates and floats are pure guesswork and bad ones at that, and with such a dodgy start point the end point that there must be h124 tarana orders is just ridiculous.Confidentiality clauses in contracts does not overwrite the requirement for an rns, they just need to be written correctly. Again just fairy tale stuff that tarana would demand this.

Gross margin rose to 71% H1 23 so the $600k revenue of the $1.5m delivered in June was not discounted.
Tarana took $500k of the chips in H1 23 before getting the first part of the $1.5m order. That was normal run rate so not prestocking. They probably kept three months float.
It is an RNS event unless Tarana prohibit it. So, DL has said orders throughout H2. He has RNSd it.
But that is just my view. Thanks for your input.
