“Initially, a district court sided with the ISPs, issuing an injunction against the ABA's enforcement, but the new Second Circuit ruling overturned that decision, supporting the state law that requires ISPs to offer a low-income broadband service — specifically $15/month for 25 Mbps; $20/month for 200 Mbps.

The law goes into effect immediately, however, its real impact on broadband pricing is still unclear. Upon the Second Circuit's decision, a note from New Street Research analysts said, “Our understanding is that all the ISPs we cover operating in New York offer plans as good as or better than the plans required by the state law.””



The only way to do this is FWA using Tarana 6Ghz. No other way.

The Technology Letter states that Tarana are growing and revenues Q4 23 were around $40m. Their entire revenues for 2022 were $92m. During 2022 Enet did $1.6m of revenue with Tarana. They did not release a new product during 2022. The Tarana growth trajectory is rising all the time.

That is why I think Enet sold G1 SoCs to Tarana H1 24. We all know DL says nothing about Tarana if he can.

Anyway, if you think that the final write up means $0 Tarana revenue H1 24 then how come we exited TSP and why has there been no cash raise so far? It does not add up.

Depends how you see it eeza. My data from base unit sales in just USA suggest strongly that we must be supplying Tarana month on month. DL has told us we continue supplying normal customers. I will post the up to date monthly figures on 14/5/24.

ENET did not fail in China. The OEM failed. The entire property market crashed. Likewise the Siklu contract cancelled because Siklu nearly went bust. The entire industry died a death. This time the US market is govt funded and booming for a decade.
